【摘要】：提升輔導(dǎo)員科研能力,是輔導(dǎo)員隊伍專業(yè)化職業(yè)化建設(shè)的有效途徑之一。本文從分析提升輔導(dǎo)員科研能力的重要意義出發(fā),研究了在當(dāng)前學(xué)科背景多樣化下輔導(dǎo)員科研能力提升的現(xiàn)實困境、培養(yǎng)內(nèi)容和影響因素,并從輔導(dǎo)員自身的自主科研意識以及教育部門和高校平臺機制兩個維度出發(fā),提出了學(xué)科背景多樣化下輔導(dǎo)員科研能力提升的路徑。
[Abstract]:Improving the scientific research ability of counselors is one of the effective ways to construct the professionalization of counselors. Based on the analysis of the significance of improving the scientific research ability of counselors, this paper studies the realistic predicament, training content and influencing factors of the improvement of counselors' scientific research ability under the diversification of current subject background. From the two dimensions of counselors' own independent scientific research consciousness, education department and university platform mechanism, this paper puts forward the way to improve counselors' scientific research ability under the diversification of subject background.
