【摘要】：通過收集全球萬家企業(yè)年報和官方網(wǎng)站中的高管信息,以38670名企業(yè)高管作為杰出畢業(yè)生的代表樣本,運用履歷分析法和計量分析法對企業(yè)高管的一流大學(xué)背景與個人收入之間的關(guān)系展開討論。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),與擁有普通大學(xué)學(xué)位的企業(yè)高管相比,擁有一流大學(xué)學(xué)位或知名大學(xué)學(xué)位對企業(yè)高管收入具有顯著的正向影響,企業(yè)高管教育收益中存在"一流大學(xué)效應(yīng)"。對于擁有學(xué)士和碩士學(xué)位的企業(yè)高管、發(fā)展中國家企業(yè)高管以及收入相對位置較低的企業(yè)高管而言,這種"一流大學(xué)效應(yīng)"將會更加明顯。實證結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)前我國建設(shè)世界一流大學(xué)具有十分重要的意義和價值。
[Abstract]:By collecting executive information from the annual reports and official websites of 10,000 companies around the world, 38670 corporate executives are used as representative samples of outstanding graduates. This paper discusses the relationship between the first-class university background and personal income of enterprise executives by using resume analysis and econometric analysis. It is found that compared with executives with general university degrees, having first-class university degrees or well-known university degrees has a significant positive impact on corporate executive income, and there is a "first-class university effect" in corporate executive education income. For executives with bachelor's and master's degrees, executives from developing countries and executives with relatively low incomes, this "first-class university effect" will be even more pronounced. The empirical results show that the construction of world-class universities in China is of great significance and value.
