教學(xué)型教授評聘調(diào)查研究
[Abstract]:The current professor evaluation system in China is a typical scientific research professor evaluation system and a scientific research oriented professional title evaluation system. There are many disadvantages in this system: it conflicts with the role orientation of university teachers themselves, which affects the full play of university teaching functions, and the teachers have great pressure, which affects the physical and mental health of teachers. It leads teachers to study for research, research for professional titles, leading to scientific research crowding out teachers' preparation or class time, affecting teaching order and teaching quality, unreasonable and unfair, affecting the enthusiasm of teachers who devote themselves to teaching work. Setting up a teaching professor is a reasonable choice to solve the malpractice of the current professor evaluation and employment system. The evaluation of professional titles should be divided into three types: "teaching-oriented", "scientific research-oriented" and "equal emphasis on teaching and scientific research". Some universities list "teaching professors" in their professional title reviews. The work of university teachers in order of importance is first teaching, followed by teaching and research, scientific research and social service. The conditions and standards for evaluating and employing teaching professors should highlight teaching performance. The investigation shows that among the conditions of evaluating and recruiting teaching professors, classroom teaching is well received by experts and students in the first place, followed by outstanding teaching and research results, teaching is exploratory, and outstanding achievements in the construction of teaching "quality engineering" projects. Get provincial / municipal teaching awards, the importance of scientific research results after the teaching results. Teaching professors should have excellent classroom teaching art, must publish more than five teaching and research papers, should have at least one provincial teaching and research project, and must be edited with more than one teaching material. Must receive at least 1 provincial teaching reward. According to these survey results, the professional title evaluation committees at all levels or the professional title evaluation committees of various universities can formulate specific conditions and standards for the evaluation and employment of teaching professors according to the requirements of some universities that have set up teaching professors.
