【摘要】：高校輔導(dǎo)員團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)對(duì)于創(chuàng)新學(xué)生管理模式及推進(jìn)輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化建設(shè)具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。運(yùn)用"協(xié)同創(chuàng)新"理念在明晰高校輔導(dǎo)員團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)涵及其建設(shè)特點(diǎn)后,闡述分析輔導(dǎo)員團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀、問題及成因,提出以協(xié)同創(chuàng)新助推高校輔導(dǎo)員團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的有效路徑,即從團(tuán)隊(duì)組織形式和文化建設(shè)層面進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新,并以團(tuán)隊(duì)構(gòu)成、運(yùn)行機(jī)制及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者選拔為突破口,建立各種教育力量之間的有機(jī)聯(lián)系,注重職業(yè)功能間的協(xié)同發(fā)展,推進(jìn)協(xié)同育人取得實(shí)效。
[Abstract]:The team construction of college counselors is of great practical significance to the innovation of student management mode and the promotion of counselors' specialization. Using the concept of "collaborative innovation", after clarifying the connotation and construction characteristics of college counselors' team, this paper expounds and analyzes the current situation, problems and causes of the team construction of college counselors, and puts forward an effective way to promote the team building of college counselors by means of collaborative innovation. That is, to innovate from the aspect of team organization form and cultural construction, and to set up organic links among various educational forces with team composition, operation mechanism and leader selection as breakthrough points, and to pay attention to the collaborative development of professional functions. We will promote collaborative education to achieve practical results.
