美國(guó)慕課:一種新型營(yíng)利性高等教育及其影響

【摘要】:美國(guó)慕課采取學(xué)分收費(fèi)、課程證書(shū)、考試服務(wù)等免費(fèi)增值策略與合作共贏策略募集慕課運(yùn)行經(jīng)費(fèi),成為一種新型的營(yíng)利性高等教育。慕課學(xué)分已經(jīng)被美國(guó)傳統(tǒng)高等教育系統(tǒng)認(rèn)可,這將對(duì)美國(guó)傳統(tǒng)營(yíng)利性高等教育產(chǎn)生較大沖擊,還將重構(gòu)美國(guó)精英高校與地方高校知識(shí)傳播的功能和地位,同時(shí)提升美國(guó)文化影響力,其做法值得我國(guó)借鑒。
[Abstract]:It has become a new type of for-profit higher education that the free value-added strategy and win-win cooperation strategy such as credit fee, course certificate, examination service and so on are adopted in the United States. The credit has been recognized by the American traditional higher education system, which will have a great impact on the traditional for-profit higher education in the United States, and will also reconstruct the function and status of the knowledge dissemination between elite universities and local universities in the United States. At the same time, the promotion of American cultural influence, its practice is worthy of our reference.
