【摘要】：目前師范類專業(yè)大學生輔導員主要面臨各種挑戰(zhàn):大學生生源地不同,行為習慣素質(zhì)不一;各種社會元素進校園,大學生思想觀念多元化明顯;國家高等教育體制變化,師范類畢業(yè)生就業(yè)壓力較大。師范類專業(yè)大學生輔導員工作具有三個特點:一是以注重以身示范實踐為主,體現(xiàn)師范類專業(yè)輔導員工作方式的特殊性;二是以提升教師職業(yè)意識為重,體現(xiàn)師范類專業(yè)輔導員工作內(nèi)容的獨特性;三是以豐富的角色化手段為輔,體現(xiàn)師范類專業(yè)輔導員工作方法的延展性。因此,更新觀念,定向思維,在"師"字上做文章;探尋方法,因人施教,在"范"字上花力氣;運用載體,注重形式,在"活"字上下功夫,創(chuàng)新師范類專業(yè)大學生輔導員的工作途徑。
[Abstract]:At present, teachers college counselors mainly face various challenges: different sources of college students, different behaviors and habits, various social elements into the campus, college students have obvious diversity of ideas; The national higher education system changes, the teacher training class graduates employment pressure is big. There are three characteristics in the work of teachers college counselors: one is to pay attention to the practice of body demonstration, which embodies the particularity of teachers' professional counselors' working style; The second is to promote the professional awareness of teachers, reflecting the uniqueness of the work content of teachers professional counselors, and thirdly, to reflect the extension of teachers' professional counselors' working methods, supplemented by rich means of characterization. Therefore, renew the concept, orientate the thinking, make an article on the word "teacher", explore the method, teach according to the person, spend effort on the word "Fan"; Use the carrier, pay attention to the form, work hard on the word "living", innovate the work way of the college counselor of teacher's specialty.
