【摘要】：中外合作辦學(xué)已成為全球化背景下的必然趨勢(shì),同時(shí)也增強(qiáng)了我國(guó)教育事業(yè)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。然而,由于中西方文化和教育價(jià)值觀的差異,教育文化的沖突也日益凸顯,具體表現(xiàn)為教學(xué)物質(zhì)文化沖突、教學(xué)精神文化沖突以及教學(xué)制度文化沖突。解決這些沖突的原則在于實(shí)事求是,解決的路徑則為融合創(chuàng)新,即創(chuàng)造一種優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)的新型文化。具體而言,須構(gòu)筑以學(xué)生為本的新型教學(xué)物質(zhì)文化;構(gòu)建以教學(xué)為本的新型教學(xué)精神文化;創(chuàng)建以人為本的新型教學(xué)制度文化。中外合作辦學(xué)的文化融合與創(chuàng)新實(shí)質(zhì)是對(duì)中西傳統(tǒng)文化的揚(yáng)棄。
[Abstract]:Sino-foreign cooperative education has become an inevitable trend under the background of globalization, and it has also enhanced the international competitiveness of China's education. However, due to the differences between Chinese and western cultures and educational values, the conflict of educational culture is becoming more and more prominent, including the conflict of teaching material culture, the conflict of teaching spirit culture and the conflict of teaching system culture. The principle of solving these conflicts lies in seeking truth from facts, and the way to solve these conflicts is to merge and innovate, that is, to create a new culture with complementary advantages. Specifically, it is necessary to construct a new type of teaching material culture based on students, a new teaching spirit culture based on teaching, and a new teaching system culture based on people. The essence of cultural integration and innovation of Sino-foreign cooperative schools is the sublation of Chinese and Western traditional culture.
