【摘要】：大學(xué)生廉潔教育是以大學(xué)生為特定教育對象,以社會主義核心價值體系為引領(lǐng)和主導(dǎo),組織大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)黨和國家關(guān)于黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和反腐敗方面的方針政策、法律法規(guī)等,加強法制和誠信,社會公德、職業(yè)道德和家庭美德的教育,其目的是引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生樹立報效祖國、服務(wù)人民的信念,不斷提高大學(xué)生的道德自律意識,增強拒腐防變的良好心理品質(zhì),逐步形成廉潔自律、愛崗敬業(yè)的職業(yè)觀念。作為思想政治教育的重要內(nèi)容,與其他思想政治教育比,大學(xué)生廉潔教育具有時代性,預(yù)防性,延時性,漸進性等特征。在新時期新背景下,當(dāng)代大學(xué)生廉潔教育不僅是弘揚中華民族傳統(tǒng)美德的重要內(nèi)容,是高校立德樹人培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的題中之義,是培養(yǎng)和踐行社會主義核心價值觀的客觀要求,更是大學(xué)生自身健康自我發(fā)展的內(nèi)在需要。改革開放以來,各地高校對開展大學(xué)生廉潔教育做了大量實踐探索和理論研究,大學(xué)生廉潔意識增強、高校開展廉潔教育能力提高、大學(xué)生廉潔品質(zhì)漸趨形成,但高校對廉潔教育的投入不足,教育制度有待完善;教育者對廉潔教育對象認(rèn)識不足、教育途徑存在問題,師資隊伍欠缺;受教育對廉潔思想知行不統(tǒng)一,學(xué)生不廉潔現(xiàn)象頻發(fā);學(xué)校、社會、家庭在廉潔教育上沒有形成合力。為充分發(fā)揮大學(xué)生廉潔教育的思想政治教育的功能,構(gòu)建組織保障機制,建立完善保障制度、提升認(rèn)知、加強領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、完善隊伍;構(gòu)建良好的協(xié)同運行機制,將大學(xué)生廉潔教育內(nèi)容、途徑、載體進行協(xié)同;同時,建立大學(xué)生廉潔教育監(jiān)督體系、健全教育評價制度、規(guī)范教育管理制度三個方面形成大學(xué)生廉潔教育監(jiān)督評價機制。
[Abstract]:College students' integrity education is to take college students as specific objects of education, to take the socialist core value system as guidance and leading, and to organize college students to study the principles and policies, laws and regulations of the Party and the state on the construction of party style and clean government and anti-corruption, and so on. The purpose of strengthening the education of legal system and honesty, social morality, professional ethics and family virtues is to guide college students to establish the belief of serving the motherland and serving the people, and to constantly improve the moral self-discipline consciousness of college students. Strengthen the good psychological quality of anti-corruption and change, gradually form the professional concept of integrity, self-discipline, love and dedication to work. As an important content of ideological and political education, compared with other ideological and political education, the honest education of college students has the characteristics of the times, prevention, delay, gradual and so on. In the new era and new background, the contemporary college students' clean education is not only the important content of carrying forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, but also the meaning of the goal of establishing morality in colleges and universities, and the objective requirement of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values. It is also the internal need of the healthy self-development of college students. Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, colleges and universities around the world have done a lot of practical exploration and theoretical research on the development of college students' integrity education, the awareness of college students' integrity has been enhanced, their ability to carry out clean education has been improved, and the integrity quality of college students has gradually formed. However, the investment in clean education in colleges and universities is insufficient, and the educational system needs to be improved. Educators do not know enough about the object of clean education, problems exist in educational channels, lack of teaching staff, lack of unity of knowledge and action on clean ideas in education, students do not frequently occur, schools, society, families in clean education has not formed a joint force. In order to give full play to the function of ideological and political education of college students' clean education, we should construct the organization guarantee mechanism, establish and perfect the guarantee system, enhance the cognition, strengthen the leadership and perfect the team. To construct a good cooperative operation mechanism, to coordinate the contents, ways and carriers of college students' clean education; At the same time, we should set up the supervision and evaluation system of college students' clean education, perfect the educational evaluation system, and standardize the educational management system to form the supervision and evaluation mechanism of college students' honest education.
