【摘要】：創(chuàng)業(yè)-就業(yè)的抉擇過程本質(zhì)上是一個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策過程。大學(xué)生進(jìn)行創(chuàng)業(yè)-就業(yè)抉擇時(shí),受到個(gè)體心理調(diào)節(jié)定向和外部信息框架的影響,同時(shí)存在著損失與收益兩方面的意義。促進(jìn)定向的大學(xué)生傾向于面對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的創(chuàng)業(yè)選擇,預(yù)防定向的則傾向于規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的就業(yè)選擇。大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)-就業(yè)抉擇存在框架效應(yīng),收益框架下傾向保守,損失框架下傾向冒險(xiǎn)。當(dāng)信息呈現(xiàn)方式與個(gè)體調(diào)節(jié)定向匹配時(shí),決策的肯定性加強(qiáng)。大學(xué)生就業(yè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育需要考慮個(gè)體心理因素和外部信息因素,有針對(duì)性地加強(qiáng)引導(dǎo),明確風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí)。
[Abstract]:The decision-making process of entrepreneurship-employment is essentially a process of risk decision-making. When college students make entrepreneurial-employment choices, they are influenced by individual psychological adjustment orientation and external information framework, and there are two meanings of loss and income at the same time. College students who promote orientation tend to face the risk of entrepreneurial choice, while those who prevent orientation tend to avoid the risk of employment choice. College students' entrepreneurial-employment choice has the frame effect, the income framework tends to be conservative, and the loss framework tends to take risks. When the presentation of information matches the orientation of individual regulation, the certainty of decision-making is strengthened. College students' employment and entrepreneurship education need to take into account individual psychological factors and external information factors, strengthen targeted guidance, and clarify the awareness of risk.
