【摘要】：誠信乃古今中外鑄就的全社會最高認同度的道德準則之一。社會主義核心價值觀將誠信作為其倡導的主要內(nèi)容之一,凸顯了誠信作為公民價值準則的重要性和必要性。當前,社會各個領(lǐng)域誠信缺失的現(xiàn)象已經(jīng)引發(fā)了誠信冷漠現(xiàn)象和信任危機等問題,而作為社會的高層次專門人才的大學生是民族的希冀,理應在誠實守信方面成為社會的模范。改善誠信教育低效的困境,是培育踐行社會主義核心價值觀的必然要求,本文運用系統(tǒng)分析法、文獻分析法、問卷調(diào)查法和綜合分析法,將誠信教育系統(tǒng)作為一個整體,力圖通過對系統(tǒng)各要素的結(jié)構(gòu)分析,達到系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化誠信教育路徑的目的。誠信教育路徑系統(tǒng)包括教育者、受教育者、教育介體和教育環(huán)境四大要素。當前大學生誠信教育路徑存在的問題主要表現(xiàn)為教育者引導力不足、受教育者自我教育被動、教育介體資源挖掘不夠和教育環(huán)境錯綜復雜等等。造成這些問題的原因在于教育路徑內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的不合理、環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)不緊密和內(nèi)外結(jié)構(gòu)互動性不強。要改變這一現(xiàn)狀,必須借鑒中國古代、歐美國家以及港澳地區(qū)誠信教育的成功經(jīng)驗,并結(jié)合我國實際,進一步強化誠信教育隊伍的建設、引導受教育者自主學習能力、充分挖掘教育介體資源和全方位營造良好的路徑環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Honesty is one of the highest moral standards of the whole society. The core values of socialism regard honesty as one of the main contents of its advocacy, which highlights the importance and necessity of honesty as the criterion of citizen value. At present, the phenomenon of lack of honesty and credit in all fields of society has caused the phenomenon of honesty and indifference and the crisis of trust, and the college students, as high-level specialized talents in society, are the hope of the nation and should become the model of the society in the aspect of honesty and trustworthiness. It is an inevitable requirement to cultivate and practice the socialist core values in order to improve the difficulties of honesty and credit education. This paper takes the integrity education system as a whole by means of systematic analysis, literature analysis, questionnaire survey and comprehensive analysis. Through the structural analysis of the various elements of the system, this paper tries to achieve the goal of optimizing the education path of honesty and credit in the system. Honesty education path system includes educators, educatees, educational mediators and educational environment. At present, the problems existing in the path of college students' honesty education are the lack of educator's guidance, the passive self-education of the educated, the insufficient mining of educational media resources and the complexity of the educational environment, and so on. The reason for these problems is that the internal structure of education path is unreasonable, the coordination of environment is not close and the interaction between internal and external structures is not strong. In order to change this situation, we must draw lessons from the successful experiences of honesty education in ancient China, Europe and the United States and Hong Kong and Macao, and further strengthen the construction of the honesty education team and guide the independent learning ability of the educated, in the light of the reality of our country. Fully excavate educational media resources and create a good path environment in an all-round way.
