【摘要】：法國大學自治改革自1968年以來不斷演進,但遠遠未能形成大學界的共識,與其說自治,不如說"被自治"。法國大學治理結(jié)構(gòu)由高等教育法所規(guī)定,各大學的治理結(jié)構(gòu)基本一致,校長及各委員會各司其職。但大學自治改革的結(jié)果并不理想,能否突破現(xiàn)行的招生政策將是法國大學自治改革的關鍵。
[Abstract]:The self-government reform of French universities has been evolving since 1968, but far from reaching a consensus in the academic world, it is more "autonomous" than self-government. The governing structure of French universities is regulated by the higher Education Law. The governing structures of the universities are basically the same, and the presidents and committees are responsible for their duties. However, the result of university self-government reform is not ideal, whether to break through the current enrollment policy will be the key to the reform of French university autonomy.
