民辦高校學生管理方面存在的問題及對策研究

【摘要】:自改革開放以來,民辦高校作為新的高等教育力量快速發(fā)展起來,其為社會培育了大批優(yōu)秀的社會型人才。同時,民辦高校的快速發(fā)展較大程度上彌補了政府在教育財政的不足,且在推動我國高等教育大眾化方面發(fā)揮了突出的作用。學生管理工作是高校教育教學工作的有機構成部分,對民辦高校而言亦是如此。學生管理本身是一門科學,隸屬于高等教育范疇,是當今時代下的一個熱點的課題。學生管理相關課題也是一門涉及多學科的課題,例如心理學、教育學、哲學以及管理學等均有所涉及。綜合目前的研究現(xiàn)狀可知,多數(shù)學者將研究視角集中在普通高校學生管理,取得了較多的理論成果和實踐經(jīng)驗。但是,目前尚無關于民辦高校學生管理的系統(tǒng)性的理論成果和具體模式。民辦高校自最初創(chuàng)建,迄今已經(jīng)有30年,在此過程中,取得了一定的成果和成功經(jīng)驗,但是在實際的學生管理環(huán)節(jié)依然存在較多問題。基于此,本論題嘗試以民辦高校學生管理工作主要研究內容進行研究和探討,對民辦高校學生管理工作的理論進行了論述,并對管理中存在的問題和成因進行了分析,最后根據(jù)存在的問題,有針對性的提出了相關的對策。本文由以下幾個部分構成:第一章,緒論部分。描述了研究背景與研究目的及意義,介紹論文的研究思路、研究方法及抽樣方法,并通過對國內外研究現(xiàn)狀相關狀態(tài)的梳理,揭示出國內外學校在學生管理方面的研究,為后續(xù)的研究奠定基礎。第二章,簡述了民辦高校學生管理方面的理論概念,首先,明確了高校學生管理的內涵,不僅包括管理學生,而且囊括了其他多元化的豐富內涵還包括助學生成長的其他效能;其次,闡述了民辦高校學生管理的相關概念;最后,區(qū)分了高校和民辦高校之間的差異性,為本研究提供理論指導和借鑒。第三章,探討了民辦高校學生管理存在的問題,并進行了成因分析。通過問卷調查的方式,帶著具體的問題同時輔以口頭訪談進行了研究。得出學生管理理念陳舊、學生管理制度不健全、學生管理隊伍專業(yè)化水平有待提高、學生管理方式過于嚴格單一、忽視對學生的思想政治教育工作等問題。通過梳理與歸納,認為民辦高校學生管理受到了社會、家庭、學校、學生四大因素的困擾。第四章,針對前文所分析的高校管理工作的問題和成因,進一步提出了與時俱進的更新學生管理觀念、定性定量的完善考核監(jiān)督制度、加強學生管理隊伍綜合素質建設、豐富學生管理結構,走多元化管理道路、拓展學生管理渠道,整合家庭學校資源等五個方面的應對措施。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, private colleges and universities have developed rapidly as a new force of higher education, cultivating a large number of outstanding social talents for the society. At the same time, the rapid development of private colleges and universities to a greater extent to make up for the lack of government in education finance, and in promoting the popularization of higher education in China has played a prominent role. Student management is an organic part of education and teaching in colleges and universities, and it is also true for non-governmental institutions of higher learning. Student management itself is a science, belonging to the category of higher education, is a hot topic in the current era. Student management is also a multidisciplinary subject, such as psychology, pedagogy, philosophy and management. According to the current research situation, most scholars focus on the management of college students from the perspective of research, and have obtained a lot of theoretical results and practical experiences. However, there are no systematic theoretical achievements and specific models of student management in private colleges. It has been 30 years since the establishment of private colleges and universities. In this process, some achievements and successful experiences have been achieved, but there are still many problems in the practical management of students. Based on this, this thesis attempts to study and discuss the main research contents of student management in private colleges and universities, discusses the theory of student management in private colleges and universities, and analyzes the existing problems and causes of management. Finally, according to the existing problems, the relevant countermeasures are put forward. This paper is composed of the following parts: the first chapter, the introduction part. This paper describes the research background, the purpose and significance of the research, introduces the research ideas, research methods and sampling methods of the paper, and reveals the research on the management of students at home and abroad by combing the status quo of the research at home and abroad. To lay the foundation for further research. The second chapter briefly describes the theoretical concept of student management in private colleges and universities. Firstly, it clarifies the connotation of student management in colleges and universities, including not only the management of students, but also the rich connotation of other diversity, including the other effectiveness of helping students grow. Secondly, it expounds the related concepts of student management in private colleges and universities. Finally, it distinguishes the differences between private colleges and universities, which provides theoretical guidance and reference for this study. In the third chapter, the author discusses the problems existing in the management of students in private colleges and universities, and makes an analysis of the causes. Through the way of questionnaire survey, with specific questions, accompanied by oral interviews to carry on the study. It is concluded that the idea of student management is old, the system of student management is not perfect, the level of specialization of student management team needs to be improved, the way of student management is too strict and single, and the ideological and political education of students is neglected and so on. Through combing and summing up, the author holds that the management of students in private colleges and universities is troubled by four major factors: society, family, school and students. In the fourth chapter, aiming at the problems and causes of the management work in colleges and universities analyzed above, the author further puts forward the idea of keeping pace with the times, perfecting the examination and supervision system qualitatively and quantitatively, and strengthening the construction of the comprehensive quality of the student management team. Enrich the management structure of students, take the diversified management road, expand the management channels of students, integrate the family school resources and so on.
