澳大利亞高等教育國際化探析

【摘要】:從歷史維度看,澳大利亞高等教育國際化經(jīng)歷了萌芽期、貿(mào)易化時期、規(guī)范化與制度化三個時期。從橫向看,經(jīng)濟與政治動因、政府的大力支持、重視校際之間的聯(lián)系與合作等構(gòu)成了澳大利亞高等教育國際化發(fā)展的動因。展望未來,澳大利亞高等教育國際化的發(fā)展趨勢為:重視國際雙向交流與合作,注重本國國際教育的分析,加強與國際教育組織的聯(lián)系,加強海外學(xué)生的教育服務(wù)。借鑒澳大利亞的經(jīng)驗,我國在推進高等教育國際化的過程中:應(yīng)處理好高等教育本土化與國際化的關(guān)系,對高等教育國際化進行正確的戰(zhàn)略定位,發(fā)揮政府的積極作用,改進高校管理體制,加強高校間的合作。
[Abstract]:From the historical dimension, the internationalization of higher education in Australia has experienced three periods: embryonic period, trade period, standardization and institutionalization. From the horizontal point of view, the economic and political motivation, the government's strong support, and the inter-school connection and cooperation constitute the motivation for the internationalization of higher education in Australia. Looking forward to the future, the trend of internationalization of higher education in Australia is to attach importance to international two-way communication and cooperation, to pay attention to the analysis of international education in Australia, to strengthen the contact with international educational organizations, and to strengthen the educational services for overseas students. In the process of promoting the internationalization of higher education, we should deal with the relationship between localization and internationalization of higher education, make a correct strategic orientation to the internationalization of higher education, and give full play to the positive role of the government in the process of promoting the internationalization of higher education. Improve the management system of colleges and universities, strengthen the cooperation between colleges and universities.
