【摘要】：友善是中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德,經(jīng)歷了我們整個(gè)民族的文化傳承,作為十八大正式提煉總結(jié)而成的社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀中個(gè)人層面的重要組成部分,友善不僅應(yīng)該成為我們公民個(gè)人的處世原則和行動(dòng)指南,更應(yīng)該成為大學(xué)生的價(jià)值標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和道德規(guī)范。大學(xué)生是祖國(guó)發(fā)展進(jìn)步的主要后備力量,他們的行為、價(jià)值觀念直接影響到整個(gè)社會(huì)價(jià)值行為的構(gòu)成和發(fā)展,但是目前的高校校園還存在著一些不友善的現(xiàn)象,甚至演變?yōu)樾@暴力事情,因此,對(duì)于大學(xué)生友善觀念現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究及友善觀的培育工作便成為了比較重要的課題。本論文的主要目標(biāo),是希望能通過對(duì)前人理論概念的研究分析,從而得出自己的相關(guān)概念界定。并通過對(duì)高校大學(xué)生調(diào)查問卷的發(fā)放及訪談內(nèi)容的分析,將目前大學(xué)生所存在的問題及成因進(jìn)行規(guī)整,嘗試探討友善觀培育的合理路徑,以期對(duì)高校思想政治教育工作的開展提供有益的輔助。全文總共分為四個(gè)部分,首先主要介紹本文的選題背景和意義,并通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于友善觀培育的研究成果進(jìn)行梳理,從而制定適合本論文撰寫的研究方法和內(nèi)容。其次是友善觀的相關(guān)理論研究。通過對(duì)中西方關(guān)于友善思想的梳理,提出了自己關(guān)于友善定義、內(nèi)容的解讀,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步探討了大學(xué)生友善觀的相關(guān)內(nèi)容。再次,是友善觀的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查及研究,通過對(duì)山西省五所高校的學(xué)生發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷、進(jìn)行口頭訪談等形式,將目前高校大學(xué)生的友善觀認(rèn)知、行為以及培育現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行總結(jié),并探討友善觀相關(guān)問題存在的原因:如個(gè)人認(rèn)識(shí)程度不足、家庭教育的忽視、學(xué)校教育內(nèi)容的不足以及社會(huì)輿論引導(dǎo)的偏差。最后,嘗試對(duì)友善觀的培育路徑進(jìn)行分析,筆者根據(jù)目前友善觀培育的相關(guān)不足以及友善觀的內(nèi)容,將大學(xué)生的友善觀培育路徑總結(jié)為:從自身做起,善待生命,提高友善認(rèn)知;重視家庭教育,樹立友善榜樣;完善友善觀培育機(jī)制,增加友善培育內(nèi)容;優(yōu)化外部友善環(huán)境,發(fā)揮外部影響作用;設(shè)立社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭為一體的培育機(jī)制,建立友善檔案等五個(gè)方面。
[Abstract]:Friendliness is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation and has experienced the cultural heritage of our entire nation. It is an important part of the core values of socialism that have been formally refined and summarized at the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Friendliness should be not only the principle and guide for our citizens, but also the value and moral standard of college students. College students are the main reserve force for the development and progress of the motherland. Their behavior and values directly affect the composition and development of the social value behaviors. However, there are still some unfriendly phenomena on the campus of colleges and universities at present. Therefore, the investigation and research on the status quo of college students' friendliness concept and the cultivation of the concept of friendliness have become more important issues. The main goal of this paper is to get the definition of the related concepts through the research and analysis of the previous theoretical concepts. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire and interview content of college students, the existing problems and causes of college students are regularized, and a reasonable way to cultivate the concept of friendliness is explored. In order to provide useful assistance to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The thesis is divided into four parts. Firstly, the background and significance of this thesis are introduced, and the research methods and contents suitable for this thesis are developed by combing the domestic and foreign research results on the cultivation of friendliness. The second is the related theoretical research of the view of friendliness. By combing the Chinese and western thoughts on friendliness, this paper puts forward his own definition and content of friendliness, and on this basis, further discusses the related contents of college students' view of friendliness. Thirdly, it is the present situation investigation and research of the friendly view, through issuing the questionnaire to the students of five universities in Shanxi Province, conducting the oral interview and so on, summarize the cognition, behavior and the cultivation present situation of the university student's friendly view at present. This paper also discusses the reasons for the problems related to the concept of friendliness, such as the lack of personal understanding, the neglect of family education, the deficiency of school education content and the deviation of public opinion guidance. Finally, the author tries to analyze the cultivation path of the concept of friendliness. According to the deficiency of the cultivation of the concept of friendliness and the content of the concept of friendliness, the author summarizes the cultivation path of the view of friendliness of college students as follows: start from themselves, be kind to life. (B) improving awareness of friendliness; Attach importance to family education, set a friendly example, perfect the cultivation mechanism of friendly view, increase the content of friendly cultivation, optimize the external friendly environment and exert external influence; The establishment of social, school, family as one of the cultivation mechanism, the establishment of friendly files and other five aspects.
