【摘要】：角色認(rèn)知一致是研究生師生關(guān)系和諧的前提,對話是實(shí)現(xiàn)角色認(rèn)知一致的重要渠道。目前我國研究生師生關(guān)系在總體和諧的前提下,一定范圍內(nèi)也存在矛盾和沖突,建構(gòu)合理對話模式是解決師生角色認(rèn)知差異進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)師生關(guān)系和諧的重要途徑。本文首先從要素分析入手說明對話模式變遷與研究生師生關(guān)系發(fā)展的關(guān)系,確立研究生師生合理對話模式與和諧師生關(guān)系的時(shí)代內(nèi)容。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以挖掘現(xiàn)時(shí)代研究生師生關(guān)系不和諧的原因?yàn)榍疤?建構(gòu)消解研究生師生角色認(rèn)知差異的具體路徑,為推動(dòng)我國研究生師生關(guān)系和諧發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The consistency of role cognition is the premise of harmonious relationship between teachers and students, and dialogue is an important channel to realize the consistency of role cognition. At present, under the premise of overall harmony, there are contradictions and conflicts in the teacher-student relationship of graduate students in our country. Constructing a reasonable dialogue model is an important way to solve the cognitive differences between teachers and students and to realize the harmonious relationship between teachers and students. This paper first explains the relationship between the change of dialogue mode and the development of teacher-student relationship, and establishes the era content of reasonable dialogue mode and harmonious teacher-student relationship between postgraduates and teachers. On this basis, on the premise of digging out the reasons for the disharmony of the teacher-student relationship in the present era, the author constructs a concrete way to resolve the cognitive differences of the teacher-student role of the postgraduates, and provides a reference for promoting the harmonious development of the teacher-student relationship of the graduate students in our country.
