我國現(xiàn)代烹飪教育體系的構建

【摘要】:文章分析了我國烹飪教育發(fā)展的簡要歷程以及我國烹飪教育的現(xiàn)狀、屬性和不同層次烹飪專業(yè)學科烹飪教育的類型,并從學校、行業(yè)組織、教育行政部門3個維度提出構建現(xiàn)代烹飪教育的對策建議。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the development of cooking education in China and the current situation, attributes and types of culinary education in different levels, and analyzes the development of cooking education in schools and industries. The three dimensions of educational administration put forward countermeasures and suggestions for constructing modern culinary education.
