【摘要】：師范類院校因其培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的特殊性而在高等教育中占重要地位,其主要職能是向社會(huì)輸送各級(jí)各類學(xué)校所需的合格師資和教育工作者。而師范類大學(xué)生的就業(yè)狀況是衡量師范類院校人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)制是否適應(yīng)社會(huì)需求的一項(xiàng)重要指標(biāo)。自市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)建立與發(fā)展到高等院校的招生、人才培養(yǎng)以及就業(yè)之中,高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)便逐漸顯露出一些問(wèn)題。從2012年我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展逐步進(jìn)入“新常態(tài)”下,原本愈演愈熱的大學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題更是雪上加霜,師范類院校大學(xué)生作為高校大學(xué)生群體的一個(gè)部分,其就業(yè)形勢(shì)也受到了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。這給師范類院校的人才培養(yǎng)模式和就業(yè)工作以及畢業(yè)生職業(yè)生涯的發(fā)展提出了新的定位與要求。文章對(duì)師范院校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析,全面論述了師范院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)中存在的困難及原因并提出了相應(yīng)解決對(duì)策。指出師范院校畢業(yè)生應(yīng)從主觀上摒棄各種傳統(tǒng)的就業(yè)觀念,樹(shù)立正確的人生觀和價(jià)值觀,從中國(guó)國(guó)情和教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),把就業(yè)目光投向真正需要他們擔(dān)當(dāng)歷史重任的地方,做到就業(yè)“重心下移”。客觀上,師范類大學(xué)生能否實(shí)現(xiàn)充分就業(yè),是由人才供給與市場(chǎng)的需求是否平衡決定的。所以,要從根本上破解師范院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難題,就必須推進(jìn)師范類專業(yè)合理設(shè)置與師范類院校的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,這是從根本上遏制就業(yè)問(wèn)題的重要舉措。同時(shí),針對(duì)目前社會(huì)在促進(jìn)師范院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,作者認(rèn)為應(yīng)當(dāng)進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化政府在師范院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)方面的責(zé)任,促進(jìn)師范院校畢業(yè)生充分就業(yè)。這些舉措不僅關(guān)系到教育事業(yè)改革與發(fā)展的成敗,也事關(guān)全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)目標(biāo)的順利推進(jìn)與如期實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Normal colleges play an important role in higher education because of the particularity of their training goals. Their main function is to transport qualified teachers and educators needed by all kinds of schools to the society. The employment status of normal college students is an important index to measure whether the talent training mechanism of normal colleges and universities can meet the needs of the society. Since the establishment and development of market economy to the enrollment of colleges and universities, talent training and employment, the employment of college graduates has gradually revealed some problems. Since the economic development of our country gradually entered the "new normal" in 2012, the problem of employment of college students, which had been getting hotter and hotter, has become even worse. As a part of the group of college students, the students of normal colleges and universities have become a part of the group of college students. Its employment situation has also been severely challenged. This puts forward new orientation and requirements for the training mode of talents, employment and the development of graduates' career in normal colleges and universities. This paper makes an investigation and analysis on the present employment situation of the graduates of normal colleges and universities, discusses the difficulties and causes existing in the employment of graduates of normal colleges and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. It is pointed out that normal college graduates should abandon all kinds of traditional concepts of employment subjectively, set up correct outlook on life and values, set out from the current situation of China and the present situation of education development, and turn their attention to the places where they are really needed to bear the heavy historical responsibility. So that the employment "center of gravity shift down". Objectively speaking, whether normal college students can achieve full employment depends on the balance of talent supply and market demand. Therefore, in order to solve the employment problem of graduates of normal colleges, we must promote the rational setting of teachers' majors and the transformation and development of normal colleges, which is an important measure to curb the employment problem fundamentally. At the same time, in view of the problems existing in the process of promoting the graduates' employment in normal colleges, the author holds that the government should further strengthen the responsibility of the government in the employment of graduates of normal colleges and universities, and promote the graduates of normal colleges to obtain full employment. These measures are not only related to the success or failure of educational reform and development, but also related to the smooth promotion and realization of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
