【摘要】：一流學科建設是"雙一流"建設的核心。一流學科具有頂尖級的學術帶頭人與高水平的學術團隊,充足的學術經費與先進的科研設備,開放有序的動力機制與協同競爭的創(chuàng)新機制,以及卓著的學術成果產出與突出的人才培養(yǎng)質量。一流學科可以提升大學的美譽度;通過吸引優(yōu)秀師資與生源使大學形成持續(xù)競爭力;可以有效推動大學聲譽的再生產;可以帶動其他學科發(fā)展,從而提升大學的整體水平。"雙一流"建設需要創(chuàng)新人才聚集與成長機制,吸納青年學術領軍人才;建立開放有序的學科融通機制,形成互相支撐的一流學科群;以需求為導向推動協同創(chuàng)新,提升科研成果轉化水平;堅持立德樹人的核心價值取向,以培養(yǎng)一流人才作為首要目標。
[Abstract]:The construction of first-class discipline is the core of "double-class" construction. First-class disciplines have top academic leaders and high-level academic teams, adequate academic funds and advanced scientific research equipment, open and orderly driving mechanisms and innovative mechanisms for collaborative competition. And outstanding academic achievements and outstanding quality of talent training. First-rate disciplines can enhance the reputation of universities; they can attract excellent teachers and students to make the universities sustainable competitive; they can effectively promote the reproduction of the university's reputation; and they can promote the development of other disciplines, thereby raising the overall level of the university. " The construction of "double first-class" needs to innovate the mechanism of talent gathering and growth, to absorb young academic leaders, to establish an open and orderly mechanism of discipline integration, and to form a group of first-rate subjects supported by each other. Demand-oriented to promote collaborative innovation, improve the level of transformation of scientific research results, adhere to the core value orientation of the people, take the cultivation of first-class talents as the primary goal.
