【摘要】：隨著時(shí)代和經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,國家對于人才的需求也日益增加,高校輔導(dǎo)員作為培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生成材的一線工作者,其社會(huì)地位也在逐漸的提升。高校輔導(dǎo)員地工作內(nèi)容隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展和高等教育的變革也在不斷的拓展,從最初的政治色彩濃烈的政治輔導(dǎo)員到如今的服務(wù)于學(xué)生的高校輔導(dǎo)員。同時(shí)也隨著大學(xué)生思想觀念在西方文化的影響下不斷變化,因此高校輔導(dǎo)員綜合素質(zhì)的內(nèi)容也逐漸變得豐富和多元化。其綜合素質(zhì)應(yīng)當(dāng)包含較強(qiáng)的心理素質(zhì),法律素養(yǎng),管理能力等多方面的素質(zhì),從而更有效地管理大學(xué)生日常事務(wù),也能更好地服務(wù)于學(xué)生群體。但是無論我國高校輔導(dǎo)員怎樣發(fā)展,都不能忽視思想政治素質(zhì)和中國特色社會(huì)主義理論體系知識的儲備。提升高校輔導(dǎo)員綜合素質(zhì)直接關(guān)系到高校是否能夠培養(yǎng)出全面發(fā)展的優(yōu)秀的社會(huì)主義所需要的人才。本文主要分為三個(gè)部分,第一個(gè)部分是闡述了高校輔導(dǎo)員綜合素質(zhì)發(fā)展的歷程和必要性。因?yàn)楦咝］o導(dǎo)員是管理學(xué)生事務(wù)的一線工作者,因此高校輔導(dǎo)員的綜合素質(zhì)對于大學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)有著深遠(yuǎn)的影響。同時(shí)也結(jié)合時(shí)代的發(fā)展,以及國家對于人才培養(yǎng)的方向,提出了高校輔導(dǎo)員應(yīng)當(dāng)具備的四點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)的綜合素質(zhì)。首先是思想政治素質(zhì),其次是理論知識的學(xué)習(xí),再次是輔導(dǎo)員的心理素質(zhì),最后是法律素養(yǎng)。第二個(gè)部分是分析高校輔導(dǎo)員綜合素質(zhì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,并發(fā)現(xiàn)了在輔導(dǎo)員綜合素質(zhì)提升的道路上仍存在著一些阻礙和困難,從而詳細(xì)分析了產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因,通過輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)以及輔導(dǎo)員對于自身認(rèn)知層面等不同角度來認(rèn)識問題。第三個(gè)部分就是對于輔導(dǎo)員所遇到的問題提出相應(yīng)的解決方法。只有通過提升輔導(dǎo)員內(nèi)在學(xué)習(xí)的動(dòng)力,再加上外部環(huán)境的激勵(lì),開放自身的思想觀念,善于運(yùn)用科學(xué)的理念來管理學(xué)生的事務(wù),才能使得輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍向著專業(yè)化、職業(yè)化和專家化的方向繼續(xù)發(fā)展,才能培養(yǎng)出更多的高素質(zhì)的社會(huì)所需要的人才。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times and economy, the demand for talents is increasing day by day, and the social status of college counselors, as the frontline workers of cultivating college students' talents, is also gradually improving. With the development of the times and the reform of higher education, the content of college counselors' land work is expanding constantly, from the political counselors with strong political color to the college counselors who serve the students now. At the same time, under the influence of western culture, the content of college counselors' comprehensive quality is becoming rich and diversified. Its comprehensive quality should include the strong psychological quality, the legal accomplishment, the management ability and so on many aspects quality, thus more effectively manages the university student's daily affairs, also can serve the student group better. However, no matter how our college counselors develop, we can not ignore the ideological and political quality and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Improving the comprehensive quality of college counselors is directly related to whether colleges and universities can cultivate the talents needed for the all-round development of outstanding socialism. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part expounds the course and necessity of the comprehensive quality development of college counselors. Because college counselors are front-line workers in managing student affairs, the comprehensive qualities of college counselors have a profound influence on the cultivation of college students. At the same time, combined with the development of the times and the direction of talent training, the author puts forward four basic comprehensive qualities that university counselors should possess. The first is the ideological and political quality, the second is the learning of theoretical knowledge, the second is the psychological quality of the counselors, and the last is the legal literacy. The second part is to analyze the current situation of the comprehensive quality development of college counselors, and find that there are still some obstacles and difficulties on the road of improving the comprehensive quality of counselors, so the reasons for these problems are analyzed in detail. Through the counselors team building and counselors for their own cognitive level to understand the problem from different angles. The third part is the corresponding solution to the problems encountered by counselors. Only by improving the motivation of internal learning of counselors, and the encouragement of external environment, opening up their own ideas, good at using scientific ideas to manage the affairs of students, can the counselors become professional. Only when the direction of professionalization and experts continues to develop, can we cultivate more talented people who are needed by the high quality society.
