【摘要】："雙一流"建設(shè)以學(xué)科為突破口,走多樣化發(fā)展之路。這要求我國(guó)大學(xué)選擇適合自身發(fā)展需求的戰(zhàn)略,在人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量、科學(xué)研究水平、社會(huì)服務(wù)能力等方面向著"雙一流"目標(biāo)邁進(jìn)。隨著大學(xué)、社會(huì)、政府、市場(chǎng)的關(guān)系日趨密切且復(fù)雜,在合作和應(yīng)用中生產(chǎn)知識(shí)并運(yùn)用知識(shí),同時(shí)獲取自身發(fā)展,已成為大學(xué)實(shí)現(xiàn)"雙一流"的重要路徑。在知識(shí)傳播、知識(shí)生產(chǎn)、知識(shí)應(yīng)用相互融合的過(guò)程中新興大學(xué)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,與傳統(tǒng)大學(xué)不同,新興大學(xué)更強(qiáng)調(diào)結(jié)合社會(huì)的多樣化、開(kāi)放性需求進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新、改造與突破。從戰(zhàn)略管理視角來(lái)看,創(chuàng)業(yè)型戰(zhàn)略順應(yīng)了新興大學(xué)的特質(zhì),它是"雙一流"背景下新興大學(xué)的一種戰(zhàn)略選擇,它為新興大學(xué)建設(shè)一流大學(xué)一流學(xué)科提供了戰(zhàn)略方向。
[Abstract]:The construction of "double-first-class" takes the discipline as the breakthrough point and takes the road of diversified development. This requires our universities to choose a strategy suitable for their own development needs, and stride forward to the goal of "double first-class" in the aspects of talent training quality, scientific research level, social service ability and so on. With the close and complex relationship among university, society, government and market, the production and application of knowledge in cooperation and application, and the acquisition of knowledge at the same time, have become an important way for universities to realize "double first-class". In the process of knowledge dissemination, knowledge production and knowledge application, new universities emerge as the times require. Different from traditional universities, new universities emphasize innovation, transformation and breakthrough in combination with social diversity and open demand. From the perspective of strategic management, entrepreneurial strategy conforms to the characteristics of new universities. It is a kind of strategic choice for new universities under the background of "double first-class", and it provides a strategic direction for new universities to build first-class disciplines.
