【摘要】：提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量是高校緊迫的核心任務(wù)。人才培養(yǎng)是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)工程,其質(zhì)量由人才培養(yǎng)工作各要素形成的總體合力決定。本文從如何看待人才培養(yǎng)、培養(yǎng)什么人、如何培養(yǎng)人、由誰培養(yǎng)人、如何保障培養(yǎng)人和學(xué)生想成為什么人等六個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)闡述,以期在育人主體——學(xué)校層面構(gòu)建應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)體系。
[Abstract]:Improving the quality of talent training is an urgent core task in colleges and universities. Talent training is a complex systematic project, and its quality is determined by the overall resultant force formed by the elements of talent training. This paper expounds systematically how to train talents, what people to cultivate, how to train people, how to guarantee the cultivation of people and who students want to be. In order to educate the main body-school level to build a practical talent training system.
