【摘要】：大學(xué)生就業(yè)的建模與預(yù)測(cè)可以描述大學(xué)生就業(yè)變化趨勢(shì),為管理者決策提供有價(jià)值信息,為了提高就業(yè)人口數(shù)量的預(yù)測(cè)準(zhǔn)確性,提出基于組合方法的大學(xué)生就業(yè)預(yù)測(cè)模型。首先收集某大學(xué)的就業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),并進(jìn)行歸一化處理,然后采用灰色模型和神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分別從不同角度對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)的數(shù)量進(jìn)行建模與預(yù)測(cè),最后確定灰色模型和神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果權(quán)值,并進(jìn)行加權(quán)得到對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)數(shù)量的最終預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,組合方法可以描述大學(xué)生就業(yè)數(shù)量的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),獲得比較理想的大學(xué)生就業(yè)數(shù)量預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:The modeling and prediction of college students' employment can describe the changing trend of college students' employment and provide valuable information for managers' decision-making. In order to improve the accuracy of the prediction of the number of employed population, a combined method is proposed to predict the employment of college students. Firstly, the employment data of a certain university are collected and normalized, and then the grey model and neural network are used to model and predict the number of college students' employment from different angles. Finally, the weights of the grey model and the neural network are determined, and the final prediction results of the number of college students' employment are obtained by weighted. The test results show that the combination method can describe the development trend of the number of college students' employment, and obtain a more ideal prediction result of the number of college students' employment.
