【摘要】：知識經(jīng)濟(jì)下,競爭日益激烈的市場對人才提出了更高的要求。培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才,已成為提高我國國際競爭力的重要舉措。在這一時代背景下,創(chuàng)新學(xué)分應(yīng)運而生。設(shè)立創(chuàng)新學(xué)分,能夠有效規(guī)范學(xué)生的課外創(chuàng)新活動,促進(jìn)應(yīng)用型院校學(xué)分制改革,提高學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力。當(dāng)前,應(yīng)用型院校創(chuàng)新學(xué)分體系建設(shè)尚存在一些問題,如內(nèi)容缺乏層次性、管理體系尚需完善、保障機(jī)制仍不健全等。為解決以上問題,應(yīng)用型院校管理者必須重視完善創(chuàng)新學(xué)分的內(nèi)容體系、管理體系、保障體系。
[Abstract]:Under the knowledge economy, the increasingly competitive market puts forward higher requirements for talents. Cultivating innovative talents has become an important measure to improve China's international competitiveness. In this era background, the innovation credit arises at the historic moment. The establishment of innovative credits can effectively standardize students' extracurricular innovation activities, promote the credit system reform in applied colleges and improve students' innovative ability. At present, there are still some problems in the construction of innovative credit system in applied colleges, such as the lack of levels of contents, the need to perfect the management system, and the imperfection of the guarantee mechanism, etc. In order to solve the above problems, the administrators of applied colleges must attach importance to perfecting the content system, management system and security system of innovative credit.
