【摘要】：編制大學(xué)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜的工作,需要明確規(guī)劃應(yīng)當(dāng)成為高校的行動(dòng)指南,而非一紙文本;規(guī)劃應(yīng)當(dāng)反映全校共識(shí),而非僅僅體現(xiàn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理念;規(guī)劃還要處理好戰(zhàn)略愿景、目標(biāo)與學(xué)校當(dāng)前問(wèn)題的關(guān)系,以解決問(wèn)題為導(dǎo)向;在全局部署中更要凸顯重大行動(dòng);借鑒先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同時(shí),更要彰顯學(xué)校自身特色。
[Abstract]:It is a complicated task to draw up the strategic plan of university development, which needs to be made clear that it should be the guide of action, not a text, and that the plan should reflect the consensus of the whole university, not just the idea of leadership. The planning also needs to deal with the strategic vision, the relationship between the goal and the current problems of the school, to solve the problem, to highlight the major actions in the overall deployment; to learn from the advanced experience at the same time, but also to highlight the characteristics of the school itself.
