【摘要】：在世界范圍內(nèi),一個(gè)國家興盛的前提在于一流大學(xué)的建設(shè)。一流大學(xué)的建設(shè)不僅局限在科學(xué)、知識(shí)與技術(shù)方面的教育,更重要的是為弘揚(yáng)現(xiàn)當(dāng)代人類的思想與文化。習(xí)近平總書記在全國高校思想政治工作會(huì)議上說過,“為了實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢(mèng),教育尤其是高等教育的地位和作用不可忽視。我們對(duì)高等教育的需求比以往任何時(shí)候都要迫切,對(duì)科學(xué)知識(shí)和卓越人才的渴求比以往任何時(shí)候都更加強(qiáng)烈”。河北大學(xué)進(jìn)行一流大學(xué)的建設(shè),一方面是建設(shè)教育強(qiáng)省的客觀需要,一方面是促進(jìn)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的迫切需要。在深化京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展的過程中,“雙一流”建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略的提出,一方面是河北大學(xué)的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)和嚴(yán)峻考驗(yàn),另一方面是提升河北省高等教育整體實(shí)力的寶貴機(jī)遇。本文引入?yún)f(xié)同創(chuàng)新理念,深入探討了河北大學(xué)建設(shè)一流大學(xué)的實(shí)踐探索以及出現(xiàn)的問題,這對(duì)河北大學(xué)未來的一流大學(xué)建設(shè)以及河北省同類高校的建設(shè)發(fā)展具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以河北大學(xué)建設(shè)一流大學(xué)的對(duì)策為研究主題,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法、比較分析法和定性定量相結(jié)合的方法,闡述了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新和一流大學(xué)的相關(guān)概念和理論,總結(jié)了河北大學(xué)進(jìn)行的實(shí)踐探索,分析了河北大學(xué)發(fā)展中存在的問題,并針對(duì)問題提出了圍繞京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,搭建文化平臺(tái)、跨學(xué)科培養(yǎng)學(xué)生、加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作、推動(dòng)國際化辦學(xué)的建議。以期促進(jìn)河北大學(xué)更快地實(shí)現(xiàn)建設(shè)一流大學(xué)的目標(biāo),并對(duì)河北省其他高校的一流大學(xué)建設(shè)提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the world, the premise of a country's prosperity lies in the construction of first-class universities. The construction of first-class universities is not only limited to the education of science, knowledge and technology, but also to carry forward the modern and contemporary human thought and culture. General Secretary Xi Jinping said at the National Conference on ideological and political work in higher Education, "in order to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, Chinese Dream, the status and role of education, especially higher education, cannot be ignored. The need for higher education is more urgent than ever, and the need for scientific knowledge and exceptional talent is stronger than ever before. " The construction of first-class universities in Hebei University is not only the objective need to build a strong province of education, but also the urgent need to promote the coordinated development of the region. In the process of deepening the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the development opportunity and severe test of Hebei University and the precious opportunity to enhance the overall strength of higher education in Hebei Province are put forward. This paper introduces the idea of collaborative innovation and probes into the practical exploration and problems of Hebei University in the construction of first-class universities. This is of practical significance to the construction of Hebei University in the future and the construction and development of the same kind of universities in Hebei Province. Taking the countermeasures of Hebei University to build first-class universities as the research theme, using the methods of literature, comparative analysis and qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper expounds the related concepts and theories of cooperative innovation and first-class universities. This paper summarizes the practice and exploration carried out by Hebei University, analyzes on the problems existing in the development of Hebei University, and puts forward the strategy of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei University, sets up a cultural platform, trains students across disciplines, and strengthens the cooperation between production, education and research. Suggestions for promoting internationalized schools. The purpose of this paper is to promote Hebei University to realize the goal of constructing first-class university more quickly, and to provide experience for other universities in Hebei Province.
