基于博弈論的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與專業(yè)教育融合困境及對策

【摘要】:創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與專業(yè)教育融合是一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)博弈工程,相關(guān)利益主體涉及政府、社會(huì)、高校、專業(yè)教師、大學(xué)生等。通過相關(guān)利益主體之間的博弈分析,文章得出理念制度、辦學(xué)模式和文化建設(shè)是創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與專業(yè)教育融合的重要影響因素,提出以更新教育理念、增強(qiáng)辦學(xué)自主和培育創(chuàng)新文化作為可能對策,破除融合過程中的困境。
[Abstract]:The integration of entrepreneurship education and professional education is a systematic game project, which involves government, society, universities, professional teachers, college students and so on. Through the game analysis among the relevant stakeholders, the paper concludes that the concept system, the mode of running a school and the cultural construction are the important factors influencing the integration of entrepreneurship education and professional education, and puts forward the idea of renewing the educational concept. Strengthening school autonomy and cultivating innovative culture as possible countermeasures to overcome the difficulties in the process of integration.
