【摘要】：本文結(jié)合高等教育大眾化帶來回?fù)苄?yīng)認(rèn)為,高校師資培訓(xùn)將呈現(xiàn)從教師學(xué)歷轉(zhuǎn)向教學(xué)能力、創(chuàng)新培訓(xùn)注重項(xiàng)目驅(qū)動(dòng)、以技術(shù)和媒介素養(yǎng)適應(yīng)跨國研修需求等趨勢(shì)。通過對(duì)高校教師培訓(xùn)基本操作流程進(jìn)行基于分類管理的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化描述,建議各高校站在構(gòu)建專門人才培養(yǎng)、推動(dòng)文化創(chuàng)新、教師自身發(fā)展和諧共生的校本培訓(xùn)體系高度,強(qiáng)化培訓(xùn)對(duì)象針對(duì)性分類,圍繞工作本位學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展,融入現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè),加強(qiáng)高校內(nèi)部分類創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)培訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:Combined with the effect of the popularization of higher education, this paper holds that teachers' training in colleges and universities will change from teachers' academic qualifications to teaching abilities, and innovative training will focus on project-driven, and adapt to the needs of transnational research by means of technology and media literacy. Through the standardized description of the basic operation flow of teacher training based on classification management, it is suggested that colleges and universities should stand at the height of constructing a school-based training system of specialized personnel training, promoting cultural innovation, and teachers developing harmoniously and symbiotically. Strengthening the targeted classification of training objects, focusing on work-based learning and development, integrating into the construction of modern university system, strengthening the internal classification and innovation of colleges and universities driving training.
