新疆教師教育者跨文化效力研究
[Abstract]:Cross-cultural effect refers to the ability to achieve work task or communication purpose in the process of cross-cultural communication, which belongs to the behavioral part of cross-cultural communication ability. Teacher educators are teachers who are responsible for training teachers in normal colleges and universities, and teachers who train "future teachers". Under the background of cross-cultural education, the cross-cultural study of Xinjiang teachers and educators is of practical significance. This study studies the cross-cultural effects of teachers and educators in Xinjiang who interact with different nationalities in practical teaching to achieve the goal of cross-cultural communication. Due to the lack of use of teachers and educators as a sample in the study of cross-cultural effectiveness and even cross-cultural communication, this paper intends to make a breakthrough in this respect. Based on the review of relevant literature at home and abroad, the research results of Chen Guoming et al are used to divide cross-cultural effectiveness into six dimensions: behavioral flexibility, respect for each other, relaxation of interaction, identity, interactive management and information skills. In order to understand the current level of cross-cultural effectiveness of teachers in Xinjiang and its influencing factors, a questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted in three representative teachers' colleges and universities in Xinjiang. By analyzing the questionnaire data, the author finds that the overall level of cross-cultural effectiveness of teachers and educators in Xinjiang is relatively high, in which respect for the other side is the highest level. It shows that teachers and educators in Xinjiang recognize the cultural differences in cross-cultural interaction and the basic principles of mutual respect for each other. The level of information skills is the weakest in this dimension, which indicates that teachers and educators have a weak ability to obtain information in the process of cross-cultural interaction, and the sensitivity of information is not enough to achieve the purpose of communication. The completion of communication tasks will have a certain degree of hindrance. At the same time, through interviews, this paper analyzes and sums up the influencing factors on the cross-cultural effectiveness of teachers and educators, including the frequency of cross-cultural communication, the number of years of life in multi-ethnic areas, language and other factors. The author sums up and analyzes these factors in combination with relevant theories. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to further improve the cross-cultural effectiveness of teachers' educators in Xinjiang: infiltrating cross-cultural literacy and comprehensively enhancing the cross-cultural effectiveness of teachers' educators; From language learning to cultural identity, to improve teachers' identity maintenance skills, to enhance the sensitivity of non-verbal information, to improve teachers' communication skills, to promote cross-cultural interaction, and to improve teachers' interactive management skills. To encourage normal school students to cultivate their cross-cultural ability and to promote the cross-cultural effectiveness of teachers and educators.
