XH學(xué)院課程考試管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:獨(dú)立學(xué)院是我國高等教育大眾化的產(chǎn)物,是普通高校按照新機(jī)制、新模式創(chuàng)辦的本科層次的高等院校。獨(dú)立學(xué)院依托母體高校成立,但具有相對(duì)的獨(dú)立性,其目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)具有社會(huì)適應(yīng)性、市場競爭力的綜合性應(yīng)用人才。教學(xué)質(zhì)量決定了人才的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,準(zhǔn)確、科學(xué)地評(píng)估教學(xué)效果成為獨(dú)立學(xué)院發(fā)展壯大的重要條件。作為教學(xué)評(píng)估的中心環(huán)節(jié),課程考試管理越來越受到學(xué)院、社會(huì)各界的關(guān)注。獨(dú)立學(xué)院相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)高校,在發(fā)展理念、資金、人才、管理等方面存在諸多不足,加之受傳統(tǒng)教育模式的影響,往往對(duì)課程考試重視程度不高、囿于傳統(tǒng)模式,沒有能真正發(fā)揮課程考試對(duì)教學(xué)的引領(lǐng)和服務(wù)作用,推動(dòng)教學(xué)水平的提升。很多獨(dú)立學(xué)院的考試管理制度都是參照母體學(xué)校的模式,導(dǎo)致在考試內(nèi)容和形式等方面與母體學(xué)院有相似性,這不符合獨(dú)立學(xué)院的人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)。因此獨(dú)立學(xué)院不能直接套用和模仿母體高校的一些考試方式和管理制度,同時(shí)也不能運(yùn)用跟母體高校相同的方法來對(duì)學(xué)生開展考核和評(píng)價(jià),否則,這些做法將不能客觀地、正確地反映出獨(dú)立學(xué)院的辦學(xué)水平。本研究正是在此研究背景下,基于課程考試?yán)碚摵拖到y(tǒng)科學(xué)理論,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、訪談法等方法,以XH學(xué)院為例,對(duì)獨(dú)立學(xué)院的課程考試管理現(xiàn)狀展開調(diào)查分析,以了解獨(dú)立學(xué)院在課程考試管理中存在的問題、分析問題產(chǎn)生的原因、并提出改進(jìn)課程考試管理的措施。XH學(xué)院作為獨(dú)立學(xué)院中的一員,其在課程考試管理中存在的問題對(duì)其他獨(dú)立學(xué)院有一定的借鑒意義。本研究對(duì)于優(yōu)化獨(dú)立學(xué)院的課程考試管理水平、提升獨(dú)立學(xué)院的教學(xué)水平和人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,增強(qiáng)與其他高校和辦學(xué)單位的競爭優(yōu)勢有一定的意義。本文介紹了XH學(xué)院及其課程考試管理現(xiàn)狀;對(duì)學(xué)院教學(xué)管理人員、教師和學(xué)生圍繞課程考試和課程考試管理進(jìn)行了訪談,在訪談基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了課程考試管理中存在的問題;并提出了優(yōu)化課程考試管理的一些具體措施。通過訪談發(fā)現(xiàn)XH學(xué)院在課程考試管理中存在以下問題:考試形式單一,過程性評(píng)價(jià)有待重視;考試定位存在偏差,與培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)不符;考試結(jié)果分析過于簡單,缺乏試后反饋機(jī)制。要解決這些問題,本文認(rèn)為首先要使全院師生能夠認(rèn)識(shí)到考試的意義,重視考試管理;其次,要立足獨(dú)立學(xué)院特點(diǎn),強(qiáng)調(diào)因材施教,提升XH學(xué)院課程考試質(zhì)量;最后,要建立一整套科學(xué)、合理、嚴(yán)密的考試管理規(guī)章制度,在實(shí)施過程中加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督和監(jiān)控。
[Abstract]:The independent college is the product of the popularization of higher education in our country. The independent college is founded on the basis of the parent university, but it has relative independence. Its goal is to cultivate comprehensive applied talents with social adaptability and market competitiveness. The quality of teaching determines the quality of personnel training, accurate and scientific evaluation of teaching results become an important condition for the development and expansion of independent colleges. As the central link of teaching evaluation, the management of curriculum examination is paid more and more attention by colleges and all walks of life. Compared with the traditional colleges and universities, independent colleges have many deficiencies in the development concept, funds, talents, management and so on. In addition, due to the influence of the traditional education model, the independent colleges often pay little attention to the curriculum examination, and are confined to the traditional model. Failed to give full play to the role of curriculum examination in teaching guidance and service, and promote the improvement of teaching level. The examination management system of many independent colleges is based on the model of the parent school, which leads to the similarity of the examination content and form with the parent school, which is not in line with the goal of talent training in the independent college. Therefore, independent colleges cannot directly apply and imitate some of the examination methods and management systems of parent colleges and universities, nor can they use the same methods as parent colleges to carry out assessment and evaluation of students. Otherwise, these practices will not be able to objectively. It correctly reflects the level of running an independent college. Under this research background, based on the theory of curriculum examination and the theory of system science, using the methods of literature research and interview, taking XH College as an example, the present situation of curriculum examination management in independent colleges is investigated and analyzed. In order to understand the problems existing in the course examination management of the independent college, analyze the causes of the problems, and put forward the measures to improve the course examination management. The problems existing in the course examination management have certain reference significance to other independent colleges. This research has certain significance to optimize the management level of curriculum examination in independent colleges, improve the teaching level and talent training quality of independent colleges and universities, and enhance the competitive advantage with other colleges and universities. This paper introduces the present situation of XH College and its curriculum examination management, interviews the teaching administrators, teachers and students around the curriculum examination and curriculum examination management, and summarizes the problems existing in the course examination management based on the interviews. And put forward some concrete measures to optimize the course examination management. Through the interview, we found that XH College has the following problems in the course examination management: the examination form is single, the process evaluation needs to be paid attention to, the examination orientation exists deviation, and does not accord with the training goal; The analysis of test results is too simple and lacks the feedback mechanism after the test. In order to solve these problems, this paper holds that first of all, teachers and students should be able to realize the significance of the examination and attach importance to the examination management, secondly, we should base on the characteristics of independent colleges, emphasize teaching according to their aptitude, and improve the quality of XH college courses. Finally, we should establish a set of scientific, reasonable and strict examination management rules and regulations, and strengthen supervision and control in the process of implementation.
