XH學(xué)院課程考試管理優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:The independent college is the product of the popularization of higher education in our country. The independent college is founded on the basis of the parent university, but it has relative independence. Its goal is to cultivate comprehensive applied talents with social adaptability and market competitiveness. The quality of teaching determines the quality of personnel training, accurate and scientific evaluation of teaching results become an important condition for the development and expansion of independent colleges. As the central link of teaching evaluation, the management of curriculum examination is paid more and more attention by colleges and all walks of life. Compared with the traditional colleges and universities, independent colleges have many deficiencies in the development concept, funds, talents, management and so on. In addition, due to the influence of the traditional education model, the independent colleges often pay little attention to the curriculum examination, and are confined to the traditional model. Failed to give full play to the role of curriculum examination in teaching guidance and service, and promote the improvement of teaching level. The examination management system of many independent colleges is based on the model of the parent school, which leads to the similarity of the examination content and form with the parent school, which is not in line with the goal of talent training in the independent college. Therefore, independent colleges cannot directly apply and imitate some of the examination methods and management systems of parent colleges and universities, nor can they use the same methods as parent colleges to carry out assessment and evaluation of students. Otherwise, these practices will not be able to objectively. It correctly reflects the level of running an independent college. Under this research background, based on the theory of curriculum examination and the theory of system science, using the methods of literature research and interview, taking XH College as an example, the present situation of curriculum examination management in independent colleges is investigated and analyzed. In order to understand the problems existing in the course examination management of the independent college, analyze the causes of the problems, and put forward the measures to improve the course examination management. The problems existing in the course examination management have certain reference significance to other independent colleges. This research has certain significance to optimize the management level of curriculum examination in independent colleges, improve the teaching level and talent training quality of independent colleges and universities, and enhance the competitive advantage with other colleges and universities. This paper introduces the present situation of XH College and its curriculum examination management, interviews the teaching administrators, teachers and students around the curriculum examination and curriculum examination management, and summarizes the problems existing in the course examination management based on the interviews. And put forward some concrete measures to optimize the course examination management. Through the interview, we found that XH College has the following problems in the course examination management: the examination form is single, the process evaluation needs to be paid attention to, the examination orientation exists deviation, and does not accord with the training goal; The analysis of test results is too simple and lacks the feedback mechanism after the test. In order to solve these problems, this paper holds that first of all, teachers and students should be able to realize the significance of the examination and attach importance to the examination management, secondly, we should base on the characteristics of independent colleges, emphasize teaching according to their aptitude, and improve the quality of XH college courses. Finally, we should establish a set of scientific, reasonable and strict examination management rules and regulations, and strengthen supervision and control in the process of implementation.
