高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)學(xué)生滿意度調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:思想政治理論課是高校進(jìn)行大學(xué)生思想政治教育的主渠道,承擔(dān)著對大學(xué)生進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的馬克思主義理論教育的任務(wù),對大學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展和健康成長起著重要的作用。學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)滿意度是高等教育管理與評價的重要指標(biāo)之一。思想政治理論課應(yīng)以“成為學(xué)生滿意的課程”為不斷改進(jìn)的方向,在教學(xué)評價中也應(yīng)充分考慮大學(xué)生滿意度指標(biāo)。故對高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)學(xué)生滿意度進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,對改進(jìn)課程建設(shè),提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量都有十分重要的意義。本研究以需要理論和“以人為本”理念為理論基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)資料編制了高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)學(xué)生滿意度調(diào)查問卷。隨后,通過實(shí)證調(diào)查的方法,抽取蘭州市五所高校的部分學(xué)生進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查,并運(yùn)用SPSS23.0對調(diào)查所得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析研究了高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)學(xué)生滿意度的現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素,并針對現(xiàn)狀提出了切實(shí)可行的提升對策。首先,對滿意度和大學(xué)生滿意度的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行解讀,并闡釋了該研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。本研究主要以馬克思主義需要理論、馬斯洛需要理論、“以人文本”和“以學(xué)生為中心”的理念為理論基礎(chǔ),深入了解其真實(shí)需要,以滿足其需要。其次,制定滿意度調(diào)查問卷,選取學(xué)生樣本對高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)學(xué)生滿意度進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。通過閱讀整理相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和對學(xué)生的訪談,最終確定調(diào)查問卷,包含“任課教師”、“教學(xué)態(tài)度”、“教學(xué)內(nèi)容”、“教學(xué)方法”、“教學(xué)技能”、“考核方式”、“課程價值”7個一級指標(biāo)30個二級指標(biāo),以及滿意度和期望值兩個維度。選取蘭州市五所高校的三年級和四年級的學(xué)生為調(diào)查對象開展調(diào)查,運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)處理,得出滿意度和期望值的情況,從而形成期望值和滿意度坐標(biāo)系,并系統(tǒng)分析了各個指標(biāo)的滿意度情況。再次,運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對思想政治理論課教學(xué)滿意度的影響因素進(jìn)行分析。通過單因素方差分析、獨(dú)立樣本T檢驗(yàn),分析大學(xué)生自身因素、課堂及課程因素、教師因素因素、學(xué)校因素對學(xué)生滿意度的影響,并總結(jié)出影響思想政治理論課教學(xué)學(xué)生滿意度的主要因素是大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、大學(xué)生政治面貌、課堂人數(shù)及上課時間為主要影響因素。最后,提出提高思想政治理論課教學(xué)學(xué)生滿意度的對策。針對現(xiàn)狀中存在的問題,考慮影響因素,從三個方面來提升思想政治理論課教學(xué)學(xué)生滿意度。第一,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生對課程的認(rèn)同;第二,強(qiáng)化任課教師的綜合素質(zhì);第三,優(yōu)化思想政治理論課教學(xué)過程。
[Abstract]:The course of ideological and political theory is the main channel of college students' ideological and political education, which undertakes the task of systematic Marxist theory education for college students, and plays an important role in the all-round development and healthy growth of college students. Student learning satisfaction is one of the important indicators of higher education management and evaluation. The course of ideological and political theory should take "becoming the course of students' satisfaction" as the direction of continuous improvement, and the index of college students' satisfaction should also be fully considered in teaching evaluation. Therefore, it is of great significance to investigate the students' satisfaction in ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities, to improve the course construction and to improve the teaching quality. Based on the theory of "need theory" and "people-oriented", the questionnaire of students' satisfaction in ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities is compiled. Then, through the method of empirical investigation, some students of five universities in Lanzhou are selected to carry on the questionnaire survey, and the data obtained from the survey are statistically analyzed by using SPSS23.0. On this basis, this paper analyzes and studies the present situation and influencing factors of the students' satisfaction in ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures to promote the present situation. First of all, the connotation of satisfaction and college students satisfaction is interpreted, and the theoretical basis of the study is explained. This study is mainly based on the theory of Marxist needs, Maslow's theory of need, the concepts of "human text" and "student-centered", so as to understand their real needs in depth in order to meet their needs. Secondly, a satisfaction questionnaire is made and student sample is selected to investigate and analyze the students' satisfaction in ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities. Through reading and sorting out relevant documents and interviews with students, the questionnaire was finally determined, including "teacher in class", "teaching attitude", "teaching content", "teaching method", "teaching skill", "examination method", Curriculum value, 7 first-level indicators and 30 second-level indicators, as well as two dimensions of satisfaction and expectation. The third and fourth grade students of five universities in Lanzhou were selected to carry out the investigation, and the data were processed by statistical software to obtain the situation of satisfaction and expectation, so as to form the coordinate system of expectation and satisfaction. The satisfaction degree of each index is analyzed systematically. Thirdly, using the data statistics software to analyze the influencing factors of ideological and political theory teaching satisfaction. By means of single factor variance analysis and independent sample T test, this paper analyzes the influence of college students' own factors, classroom and curriculum factors, teachers' factors and school factors on students' satisfaction. It is concluded that the main factors influencing the students' satisfaction in ideological and political theory teaching are the students' learning attitude, the political outlook of the students, the number of students in the classroom and the time of class. Finally, the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve the students' satisfaction in ideological and political theory teaching. In view of the problems existing in the present situation, this paper considers the influencing factors and improves the students' satisfaction in ideological and political theory teaching from three aspects. First, to strengthen the students' identity to the curriculum; second, to strengthen the comprehensive quality of teachers; third, to optimize the ideological and political theory teaching process.
