【摘要】：正中世紀(jì)的大學(xué)是學(xué)者的行會(huì),傳道授業(yè)既是大學(xué)最基本的使命,也是教授們謀生的手段。柏林大學(xué)開(kāi)創(chuàng)了科學(xué)研究的先河,成為現(xiàn)代大學(xué)的原型,但是,由于曲高和寡,它被人們稱為不食人間煙火的"象牙塔"。二戰(zhàn)以來(lái),美國(guó)大學(xué)的人才培養(yǎng)和科學(xué)研究都著眼于科技經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要,把服務(wù)社會(huì)列為大學(xué)的第三個(gè)基本功能。智庫(kù)作為現(xiàn)代社會(huì)從事戰(zhàn)略和政策研究、咨詢的專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu),是現(xiàn)代政治運(yùn)作、行政管理和社會(huì)治理綜合需求的產(chǎn)物,是知識(shí)社會(huì)分工進(jìn)一步
[Abstract]:In the Middle Ages, universities were the guild of scholars. Preaching was not only the basic mission of universities, but also the means for professors to make a living. Berlin University pioneered scientific research and became the prototype of modern universities. Since World War II, the talent training and scientific research in American universities have focused on the needs of the development of science, technology, economy and society, and listed serving the society as the third basic function of universities. As a professional institution engaged in strategy and policy research and consultation in modern society, think tank is the product of the comprehensive demand of modern political operation, administration and social governance, and is a further division of labor in the knowledge society.
