【摘要】：協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的核心是知識創(chuàng)造,高校創(chuàng)新人才協(xié)同培養(yǎng)的實質(zhì)是各協(xié)同單位將異質(zhì)性知識資產(chǎn)匯聚到協(xié)同創(chuàng)新平臺,經(jīng)過SECI螺旋實現(xiàn)知識創(chuàng)造,創(chuàng)造出的新知識資產(chǎn)通過向教學資源轉(zhuǎn)化以提高創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,高素質(zhì)創(chuàng)新人才在協(xié)同創(chuàng)新平臺的聚集則有助于提高協(xié)同創(chuàng)新過程中知識創(chuàng)造的規(guī)模和水平�；诖�,高�？蓮慕⒅R轉(zhuǎn)化"場"促進知識創(chuàng)造、加速創(chuàng)新性知識資產(chǎn)向教學資源轉(zhuǎn)化、創(chuàng)新人事體制激發(fā)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新活力入手,提升創(chuàng)新人才協(xié)同培養(yǎng)的實效。
[Abstract]:The core of collaborative innovation is knowledge creation. The essence of collaborative cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities is that all cooperating units gather heterogeneous knowledge assets to collaborative innovation platform and realize knowledge creation through SECI spiral. The new knowledge assets can be transformed into teaching resources to improve the training quality of innovative talents. The accumulation of high-quality innovative talents in the collaborative innovation platform will help to improve the scale and level of knowledge creation in the process of collaborative innovation. Based on this, colleges and universities can promote knowledge creation by establishing "field" of knowledge transformation, accelerate the transformation of innovative knowledge assets to teaching resources, stimulate the vitality of collaborative innovation by innovating personnel system, and enhance the actual effect of collaborative cultivation of innovative talents.
