G學(xué)院基于核心競爭力的戰(zhàn)略管理研究

【摘要】:在十余年間,通過中國民辦高校創(chuàng)辦者和教育教學(xué)管理者的不懈努力,民辦教育內(nèi)涵建設(shè)及綜合實力不斷增強(qiáng)。民辦高校在現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)模式改革、人事制度改革、科研體制改革發(fā)展舉措上不斷創(chuàng)新,逐步形成了更加科學(xué)的專業(yè)設(shè)置,更具特色的學(xué)科發(fā)展,更符合社會發(fā)展的人才培養(yǎng)模式等。G學(xué)院作為江西省內(nèi)頗具影響力的應(yīng)用技術(shù)型民辦高校,近年來,教學(xué)質(zhì)量水平和學(xué)校生源狀況有了飛速發(fā)展,根據(jù)學(xué)校十三五發(fā)展規(guī)劃,計劃努力在十三五末或十四五初升格為應(yīng)用型本科高校。在不斷建設(shè)與發(fā)展中,G學(xué)院的教育教學(xué)內(nèi)涵建設(shè)及教育質(zhì)量已初顯成效,在省內(nèi)同類院校中具備相對競爭優(yōu)勢。因此,本文立足戰(zhàn)略管理和核心競爭力理論研究,對G學(xué)院發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行SWOT分析,通過結(jié)合現(xiàn)實問題對G學(xué)院戰(zhàn)略管理現(xiàn)狀和問題進(jìn)行概述,之后,通過從基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)、學(xué)科建設(shè)和綜合效益三個層面構(gòu)建評價體系,對G學(xué)院“核心競爭力”發(fā)展水平和規(guī)劃進(jìn)行闡述,并在這些研究基礎(chǔ)上,最后從科學(xué)管理策略、學(xué)科建設(shè)策略、科研建設(shè)策略、教師隊伍建設(shè)、人才模式改革策略等方面著手對G學(xué)院戰(zhàn)略管理水平提升提出策略。通過研究,本文認(rèn)為目前民辦高校核心競爭力以及戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)研究不斷增加,并呈現(xiàn)出了良好的發(fā)展趨勢,這充分反映民辦高校在戰(zhàn)略管理方面相關(guān)意識不斷增強(qiáng),這將對我國民辦高校戰(zhàn)略管理理論指導(dǎo)和實踐發(fā)揮更加良好作用。通過針對G學(xué)院發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,并構(gòu)建相關(guān)評價指標(biāo),筆者認(rèn)為G學(xué)院在核心競爭力等方面已經(jīng)具備一定優(yōu)勢。在推動G學(xué)院戰(zhàn)略管理過程中,應(yīng)該充分利用G學(xué)院核心競爭優(yōu)勢,彌補(bǔ)其中的不足,提升G學(xué)院戰(zhàn)略管理水平。此外,通過對G學(xué)院核心競爭力分析認(rèn)為,G學(xué)院應(yīng)該明確自身戰(zhàn)略管理目標(biāo),不斷創(chuàng)新辦學(xué)特色,把學(xué)校的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與核心競爭力結(jié)合起來,讓民辦機(jī)制的顯性因素和隱性因素有效的結(jié)合起來,在學(xué)校發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略當(dāng)中發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有的作用。
[Abstract]:In more than ten years, through the unremitting efforts of the founders and the education and teaching administrators of private colleges and universities in China, the connotation construction and comprehensive strength of private education have been continuously strengthened. Private colleges and universities are constantly innovating in the construction of modern university system, the reform of talent training mode, the reform of personnel system, the reform and development of scientific research system, and have gradually formed a more scientific professional setup and a more characteristic discipline development. As an influential private university in Jiangxi Province, the level of teaching quality and the source of students have developed rapidly in recent years, according to the 13th Five-Year Plan of the school. Plan to strive to be upgraded to an applied undergraduate college at the end of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan or the beginning of the 14th Five-Year Plan. In the process of continuous construction and development, the construction of educational connotation and quality of education in G college has shown initial results, and it has a comparative competitive advantage in the similar colleges and universities in the province. Therefore, based on the theoretical research of strategic management and core competitiveness, this paper makes SWOT analysis on the development status of G college, summarizes the present situation and problems of strategic management of G college by combining with practical problems, and then, through the foundation construction, This paper sets up an evaluation system from three aspects of discipline construction and comprehensive benefit, expounds the development level and planning of "core competence" in G college, and on the basis of these studies, finally, from the scientific management strategy, discipline construction strategy, scientific research construction strategy, the scientific research construction strategy. The construction of teachers and the reform strategy of talent model are put forward to improve the level of strategic management in G college. Through the research, this paper thinks that the core competence and the related research of the strategic management of the private colleges and universities are increasing and showing a good trend of development, which fully reflects the increasing awareness of the private universities in the strategic management. This will play a better role in the theoretical guidance and practice of private colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the development situation of G college and the construction of related evaluation indexes, the author thinks that G college has some advantages in core competitiveness and so on. In the process of promoting the strategic management of G college, we should make full use of the core competitive advantage of G college, make up for the deficiency among them, and improve the level of strategic management of G college. In addition, through the analysis of the core competence of the G college, the author thinks that the G college should define its own strategic management objectives, constantly innovate the characteristics of running a school, and combine the development strategy of the school with the core competitiveness. Let the dominant and recessive factors of the private mechanism combine effectively, and play its due role in the strategy of school development.
