【摘要】：作為高校的獨(dú)有資源——高校校友資源,不僅是高校精神的重要細(xì)胞載體和學(xué)校優(yōu)秀文化傳承、發(fā)展的細(xì)胞載體,更是樹(shù)立母校品牌、弘揚(yáng)現(xiàn)代高校精神、彰顯母校形象的重要“品牌資源”。高校校友母校認(rèn)同是校友對(duì)母校所產(chǎn)生的歸屬感和榮譽(yù)感,包括對(duì)母校學(xué)校精神、價(jià)值體系、文化傳統(tǒng)等的認(rèn)同和了解,本質(zhì)上是對(duì)母校的文化認(rèn)同。大量事實(shí)表明,校友資源以其本身巨大的優(yōu)越性,充分的展現(xiàn)出其在助力高校思想政治教育上不可替代的重要性。提升高校校友母校認(rèn)同,使其外化發(fā)展為提升母校社會(huì)影響的重要資源、內(nèi)化表現(xiàn)成為提升高校教育質(zhì)量的重要資源,這對(duì)于現(xiàn)當(dāng)代高校整體發(fā)展、自身教育水平的提高、推進(jìn)思想政治教育實(shí)效性具有重要意義。同時(shí),提升高校校友母校認(rèn)同,加強(qiáng)母校與校友協(xié)同育人,也能更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)新時(shí)期國(guó)家賦予高�！傲⒌聵�(shù)人”的重要使命,推進(jìn)高校德育工作。高校校友對(duì)母校的認(rèn)同,具有示范性、引導(dǎo)性、規(guī)律性和滲透性的特點(diǎn)。影響高校校友母校認(rèn)同的因素分為社會(huì)因素、高校因素和校友自身因素三個(gè)方面,其中社會(huì)因素包括就業(yè)質(zhì)量、母校社會(huì)影響和社會(huì)公關(guān);高校因素包括高校校友工作機(jī)構(gòu)、高校管理以及思想政治教育實(shí)效性;校友自身因素包括高考志愿、學(xué)術(shù)水平、自身特性以及自我認(rèn)同。從影響因素著力去探析提升高校校友母校認(rèn)同的途徑主要有:一、注重內(nèi)涵發(fā)展,提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;二、加強(qiáng)文化建設(shè),提升師生凝聚力;三、高度重視宣傳,提升社會(huì)影響力;四、完善平臺(tái)建設(shè),提升雙方溝通力四個(gè)方面,四個(gè)方面共力,是總結(jié)出的當(dāng)前提升高校校友母校認(rèn)同的可行之策。
[Abstract]:As the unique resources of colleges and universities, the alumni resources are not only the important cell carriers of the spirit of colleges and universities, but also the cell carriers of the inheritance and development of the excellent culture of the colleges and universities, as well as the establishment of the brand of their alma mater and the promotion of the spirit of modern colleges and universities. Highlight alma mater image important "brand resource". The recognition of alma mater is the sense of belonging and honor generated by the alma mater, including the recognition and understanding of the spirit, value system and cultural tradition of the alma mater, which is essentially the cultural identity of the alma mater. A large number of facts show that alumni resources, with its enormous advantages, fully demonstrate its irreplaceable importance in helping ideological and political education in colleges and universities. To promote the identity of the alma mater of the university, to make its externalization an important resource to enhance the social influence of the alma mater, and the internalization to become an important resource to promote the quality of education in colleges and universities, which is of great importance to the overall development of modern and contemporary colleges and universities, and to the improvement of their own educational level. It is of great significance to promote the effectiveness of ideological and political education. At the same time, to promote the identity of alma mater and strengthen the cooperation between alma mater and alumni can also better realize the important mission that the state has entrusted to colleges and universities in the new period, and promote the moral education in colleges and universities. The recognition of alma mater by alumni has the characteristics of demonstration, guidance, regularity and permeability. The factors influencing the identification of alma mater include social factors, university factors and alumni 'own factors, among which social factors include employment quality, alma mater social impact and social public relations. College administration and the effectiveness of ideological and political education; alumni 'own factors include college entrance examination voluntary, academic level, their own characteristics and self-identity. The main ways to promote the alma mater's identity are: first, pay attention to the development of connotation, enhance the core competitiveness; second, strengthen cultural construction, enhance the cohesion of teachers and students; third, attach great importance to publicity, Fourth, improve the platform construction, enhance the ability of communication between the two sides, four aspects of joint efforts, is summed up the current promotion of alumni alma mater identification of the feasible strategy.
