【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國的教育事業(yè)磅礴發(fā)展,高校堅持以理論灌輸為主的顯性思想政治教育因其對受教育者的主體性及創(chuàng)造性重視不夠,越來越難以完成高校的思想政治教育目標,因而受到了極大的挑戰(zhàn)。隱性思想政治教育是以馬克思主義的相關(guān)理論及心理學(xué)中無意識接受理論方法為指導(dǎo),用貼近學(xué)生的實際、貼近學(xué)生的生活,將教育內(nèi)容潛移默化地寓于到學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)及生活環(huán)境之中的思想政治教育方式。如果將隱性思想政治教育與顯性思想政治教育有機結(jié)合,形成合力,就能大大的提高思想政治教育的實效性。然而高校的隱性思想政治教育在具體的實施過程中也面臨一些新困難和問題,極大地制約了它的教育作用的發(fā)揮。為此,本論文將在已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上對此進行一些新的探討。本論文從高校隱性思想政治教育的實踐角度出發(fā),對高校隱性思想政治教育在實踐中出現(xiàn)的新問題進行原因分析,并提出相應(yīng)的對策建議,解決高校隱性思想政治教育在實踐中出現(xiàn)的新問題。第一部分,從隱性思想政治教育的概念界定及其國內(nèi)外關(guān)于隱性思想政治教育的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)狀、特點及功能對高校隱性思想政治教育進行系統(tǒng)的介紹。第二部分,從理念認識及實踐不足的新問題,資源的新問題、載體的新問題及機制建設(shè)的新問題四個方面進行原因分析;第三部分,針對高校隱性思想政治教育在實踐中出現(xiàn)的新問題,提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議,包括提高高校師生應(yīng)用隱性思想政治教育的意識、加強高校隱性思想政治教育資源的科學(xué)開發(fā)及應(yīng)用、加強高校隱性思想政治教育載體的合理應(yīng)用及加強高校隱性思想政治教育保障機制建設(shè),不斷地解決高校隱性思想政治教育在實踐中出現(xiàn)的新問題,提高思想政治教育效果。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the cause of education in our country has developed greatly. The dominant ideological and political education, which is mainly based on theory indoctrination, has not paid enough attention to the subjectivity and creativity of the educatee. It is more and more difficult to achieve the goal of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, so it has been greatly challenged. The implicit ideological and political education is guided by the relevant theories of Marxism and the theory of unconscious acceptance in psychology, and is guided by the reality of students and the life of students. The content of education is imperceptibly embedded in the way of ideological and political education in the students' learning and living environment. If the covert ideological and political education and explicit ideological and political education are combined organically to form a joint force, the effectiveness of ideological and political education can be greatly improved. However, the hidden ideological and political education in colleges and universities also faces some new difficulties and problems in the concrete implementation process, which greatly restricts its educational function. Therefore, this paper will carry on some new discussion on the basis of the existing research results. From the perspective of the practice of hidden ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the causes of the new problems in the practice of hidden ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. To solve the new problems in the practice of hidden ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In the first part, the author systematically introduces the recessive ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the definition of the concept of implicit ideological and political education and the development, current situation, characteristics and functions of the implicit ideological and political education at home and abroad. The second part, from the concept of understanding and practice of the new problems, new problems of resources, carrier of new problems and new problems of the construction of the mechanism to analyze the reasons; part three, In view of the new problems in the practice of implicit ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, including improving the consciousness of teachers and students in applying recessive ideological and political education. Strengthening the scientific development and application of the recessive ideological and political education resources in colleges and universities, strengthening the rational application of the recessive ideological and political education carriers in colleges and universities, and strengthening the construction of the guarantee mechanism of the recessive ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In order to improve the effect of ideological and political education, the new problems appeared in the practice of hidden ideological and political education in colleges and universities are solved continuously.
