【摘要】："雙一流"建設(shè)對(duì)研究型大學(xué)治理提出了更高要求,用制度建設(shè)去平衡大學(xué)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境間利益關(guān)系的傳統(tǒng)治理方式面臨著巨大的困境。反思當(dāng)前大學(xué)治理方式會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn),忽視大學(xué)本質(zhì)及大學(xué)文化的應(yīng)有功能已導(dǎo)致諸多問(wèn)題。文章認(rèn)為,需要進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮大學(xué)文化要素的社會(huì)整合功能,在研究型大學(xué)治理中凸顯更多的文化因子,系統(tǒng)地構(gòu)建大學(xué)制度文化,重塑大學(xué)精神文化,完善大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)文化,為研究型大學(xué)發(fā)展提供內(nèi)源動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:The construction of "double first-class" has put forward higher requirements for the governance of research-oriented universities, and the traditional governance mode of balancing the interests between the internal and external environments of universities with the construction of institutions is facing a great dilemma. It is found that neglecting the nature of university and the proper function of university culture have led to many problems. The article holds that it is necessary to further exert the social integration function of university cultural elements, highlight more cultural factors in the governance of research universities, systematically construct university system culture, reshape university spiritual culture, and perfect university academic culture. To provide internal power for the development of research universities.
