【摘要】：隨著軍民融合國家戰(zhàn)略的深入實施,高校作為科技第一生產(chǎn)力、人才第一資源、創(chuàng)新第一動力的結(jié)合點,人才培養(yǎng)方式多元,基礎(chǔ)研究能力突出,學(xué)科布局全面,參與軍民融合的程度不斷加深。但同時,這一推進過程中也存在困難與不足。應(yīng)推進頂層設(shè)計和統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃,建設(shè)專家?guī)旌椭悄覉F,充分揮發(fā)高校自身優(yōu)勢,推動高校在參與軍民融合中發(fā)揮更大的力量。
[Abstract]:With the further implementation of the national strategy of military and civilian integration, colleges and universities, as the combination of the first productive force of science and technology, the first resource of talents and the first motive force of innovation, have diversified ways of training talents, outstanding basic research ability, and comprehensive distribution of disciplines. The level of participation in the integration of the military and the civilian population is deepening. But at the same time, there are also difficulties and deficiencies in this process. We should promote top-level design and overall planning, build expert tanks and think tanks, fully volatilize the advantages of colleges and universities, and promote colleges and universities to play a greater role in participating in the integration of the military and the people.
