【摘要】：創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學經歷三十多年的發(fā)展,其概念、內涵、形式、機制都在不斷革新。2009年誕生于美國硅谷的奇點大學,致力于培養(yǎng)未來領軍人物,在辦學理念、創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境、組織結構、師資聘用、學生來源、教學內容、教學形式、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育等方面都具有獨到的創(chuàng)新之處,代表創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學的轉型方向。基于奇點大學的啟示,文章對創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學的未來發(fā)展圖景進行展望:充滿活力且富有創(chuàng)新精神的學習型機構、與內外部所有的利益相關者緊密聯系、很強的地域特色、覆蓋大學各個學院和部門的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教學法、自下而上的創(chuàng)新獎勵機制,從而最大限度地實現學生創(chuàng)業(yè)的自主授權和創(chuàng)新思維的自由。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurial universities have experienced more than 30 years of development. Their concepts, connotations, forms, and mechanisms are constantly innovating. Born in 2009 at the Singularity University in Silicon Valley, the University is committed to cultivating future leaders in the concept of running a school, the entrepreneurial environment, and the organizational structure. The employment of teachers, the source of students, the content of teaching, the form of teaching, the education of entrepreneurship and so on all have their own innovations, which represent the transformation direction of entrepreneurial universities. Based on the inspiration of singularity University, this paper looks forward to the prospect of the future development of entrepreneurial universities: the dynamic and innovative learning institutions are closely related to all stakeholders, and have strong regional characteristics. It covers all colleges and departments of the university, and the bottom-up incentive mechanism of innovation, so as to realize the students' freedom of independent authorization and creative thinking to the maximum extent.
