【摘要】：在"雙一流"建設(shè)背景下,大學(xué)跨學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)組織成為學(xué)術(shù)組織創(chuàng)新的重要形式。我國(guó)大學(xué)跨學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)組織在發(fā)展中面臨著制度環(huán)境、組織架構(gòu)、文化價(jià)值等多重沖突。工程化的大學(xué)治理思維、學(xué)科張力與權(quán)力沖突是其重要成因。大學(xué)跨學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)組織亟須向"內(nèi)生性制度創(chuàng)新"變革,需要?jiǎng)?chuàng)設(shè)"共同抉擇"的府學(xué)關(guān)系,構(gòu)建跨學(xué)科協(xié)同創(chuàng)新體系,形成多元參與的資源競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和成果評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,營(yíng)造開放、信任的跨學(xué)科合作場(chǎng)域。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "double-class" construction, university interdisciplinary academic organization becomes an important form of academic organization innovation. The interdisciplinary academic organizations of universities in China are confronted with multiple conflicts such as institutional environment, organizational structure, cultural value and so on. The important cause is the engineering thinking of university governance, the conflict between discipline tension and power. It is urgent for the interdisciplinary academic organizations of universities to transform to "endogenous institutional innovation", to create a "common choice" relationship between schools and schools, to build a system of interdisciplinary collaborative innovation, to form a pluralistic mechanism of resource competition and evaluation of achievements, and to create an open system. Trust in the field of cross-disciplinary cooperation.
