【摘要】：社會治理模式的轉型升級是一個實踐和探索過程。強國家如何認識和調整與社會組織之間的關系,到底是合作增權還是對立沖突,對社會組織的長遠發(fā)展和社會治理模式的轉型升級影響巨大。本研究通過還原共青團組織積極推動高校學生社團發(fā)展和治理模式定型的歷史過程,展現(xiàn)了群團組織在社會建設和推動社會組織治理轉型中的作用。只有解放思想,實事求是,建立起合理的制度框架,保證社會組織的發(fā)展空間和自主性,才能同時提高社會治理水平和國家管理的合法性。高校學生社團發(fā)展和治理過程對民間社會組織的發(fā)展和共治具有參考意義。
[Abstract]:The transformation and upgrade of social governance model is a process of practice and exploration. How to understand and adjust the relationship between the strong country and the social organization, whether the cooperation increases the power or the opposite conflict, has a great influence on the long-term development of the social organization and the transformation and upgrading of the social governance model. By reducing the historical process of the Communist Youth League organization actively promoting the development and governance model of university student association, this study shows the role of group organization in social construction and promoting the transformation of social organization governance. Only by emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts, establishing a reasonable institutional framework and ensuring the development space and autonomy of social organizations, can the level of social governance and the legitimacy of state management be improved at the same time. The development and governance process of college student associations has reference significance for the development and co-governance of civil society organizations.
