【摘要】：隨著國家教育領(lǐng)域綜合改革的不斷深化,我國教育服務(wù)體系日趨健全,但當(dāng)前教育領(lǐng)域的供給側(cè)輸出不能完全滿足現(xiàn)代人多樣化、個性化的教育需求。供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革背景下的高等教育對外強(qiáng)調(diào)以優(yōu)質(zhì)有效的人才供給滿足社會需求,對內(nèi)強(qiáng)調(diào)通過調(diào)整教育結(jié)構(gòu)、調(diào)配教育資源提升教育水平,大力提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量和綜合素質(zhì)。新形勢下對民辦高等教育來說,更需用供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的視角,轉(zhuǎn)化思維,由規(guī)模向內(nèi)涵轉(zhuǎn)變,由粗放向精細(xì)轉(zhuǎn)變,展示自己獨(dú)特的教育價值,用教學(xué)實力與教育效果取得社會各界的尊重和認(rèn)可,不斷滿足社會對教育的新需求。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the comprehensive reform in the field of education, the educational service system of our country is becoming more and more perfect, but the supply-side output in the field of education at present can not completely meet the diversified and individualized educational demand of modern people. Under the background of supply-side structural reform, higher education emphasizes to meet the social demand with high quality and effective talent supply, and internally emphasizes to improve the educational level by adjusting the educational structure and allocating educational resources. Efforts will be made to improve the quality and comprehensive quality of personnel training. In the new situation, private higher education needs to change its thinking from the perspective of supply-side structural reform, from scale to connotation, from extensive to fine, to show its unique educational value. By using the teaching strength and educational effect to obtain the respect and recognition from all walks of life, to meet the new demands of the society.
