【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)發(fā)展,傳遞信息的媒體形式也日趨豐富與多元化,對人們的生活、工作和學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響。由于泛媒體在信息傳播形式上的多變性,人們對信息的敏感程度,對信息的能動反應(yīng)和認(rèn)識,對信息的收集、選擇、綜合、吸收和利用都將有所改變,表現(xiàn)為明顯的依賴性和怠惰性,因而導(dǎo)致學(xué)習(xí)力下降。這對高校教師的終身學(xué)習(xí)與職業(yè)發(fā)展是不利的。面對這種情況,通過對繼續(xù)教育模式的創(chuàng)新來避免高校教師學(xué)習(xí)力下降,促進(jìn)高校教師學(xué)習(xí)力的提升,將成為泛媒時代高校發(fā)展中的重要問題之一。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern economy and Internet technology, the media forms of transmitting information are increasingly rich and diversified, which has a profound impact on people's life, work and study. Due to the variability in the form of information dissemination in the pan-media, people's sensitivity to information, their dynamic response to and understanding of information, the collection, selection, integration, absorption and utilization of information will be changed. It shows obvious dependence and laziness, which leads to the decline of learning ability. This is unfavorable to the lifelong learning and career development of college teachers. In the face of this situation, it will become one of the important problems in the development of colleges and universities in the pan-media era to avoid the decline of teachers' learning ability and promote the improvement of their learning ability by innovating the mode of continuing education.
