短期來(lái)華留學(xué)生的跨文化培訓(xùn)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:中國(guó)自改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),為促進(jìn)文化交流和傳播,許多大學(xué)設(shè)立了各種短期留學(xué)生項(xiàng)目以吸引世界各地的留學(xué)生來(lái)華學(xué)習(xí)中文、體驗(yàn)中國(guó)文化。這些短期留學(xué)項(xiàng)目的主要目的之一是“培養(yǎng)和提高留學(xué)生的跨文化交際能力”,因此為參加短期來(lái)華項(xiàng)目的留學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì)有針對(duì)性的跨文化培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目很有必要且有著重要意義。本論文以上海開(kāi)放大學(xué)“海濡匯”短期留學(xué)項(xiàng)目的23位留學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,設(shè)計(jì)旨在幫助留學(xué)生適應(yīng)在華學(xué)習(xí)和生活的跨文化培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目。本研究主要解決的問(wèn)題是:1)參加“海濡匯”的留學(xué)生對(duì)此跨文化培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目有何期待和需求?2)為幫助留學(xué)生更好地適應(yīng)在中國(guó)的學(xué)習(xí)和生活,跨文化培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目應(yīng)涵蓋哪些內(nèi)容?3)留學(xué)生對(duì)跨文化培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目的滿意度受哪些因素影響?4)這一跨文化培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目對(duì)他們的跨文化敏感度有何影響或改變?針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,本文首先回顧并梳理了跨文化培訓(xùn)和跨文化能力等相關(guān)理論,比較并選擇了適合本研究的測(cè)量工具。在“海濡匯”項(xiàng)目正式啟動(dòng)前,作者開(kāi)展了針對(duì)留學(xué)生的需求分析,通過(guò)郵件發(fā)放收集問(wèn)卷,并結(jié)合訪談了解和明確留學(xué)生對(duì)此跨文化培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目的期待和需求。在此基礎(chǔ)上,作者設(shè)計(jì)了為期四天包含不同話題的跨文化培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目,綜合多種培訓(xùn)方法、培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)幫助留學(xué)生了解和適應(yīng)中國(guó)。該跨文化培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施期間,同時(shí)貫穿進(jìn)行了完整的項(xiàng)目評(píng)估研究,運(yùn)用滿意度調(diào)查問(wèn)卷、跨文化敏感度目錄(ICSI)、觀察、訪談等方法,測(cè)量留學(xué)生對(duì)此跨文化培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目的滿意度并評(píng)估該項(xiàng)目對(duì)他們跨文化敏感度的影響。最終研究結(jié)果表明,“海濡匯”短期來(lái)華項(xiàng)目的留學(xué)生對(duì)該跨文化培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目比較滿意,數(shù)據(jù)同時(shí)反映,留學(xué)生的整體滿意度與培訓(xùn)員的表現(xiàn)、培訓(xùn)的實(shí)用性有密切關(guān)系;另外留學(xué)生的跨文化敏感度目錄(ICSI)前后測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析顯示,通過(guò)此次跨文化培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目留學(xué)生的跨文化敏感度有顯著提高。
[Abstract]:Since China's reform and opening up, in order to promote cultural exchange and dissemination, many universities have set up a variety of short-term programs to attract students from all over the world to study Chinese and experience Chinese culture. One of the main purposes of these short-term study programs is to "cultivate and improve the cross-cultural communicative competence of foreign students", so it is necessary and important to design targeted cross-cultural training programs for foreign students who participate in short-term programs in China. In this paper, a cross-cultural training program is designed to help foreign students adapt to study and life in China. The main problems solved in this study are: (1) what are the expectations and needs of the overseas students participating in the "sea immersion" for this cross-cultural training program? 2) in order to help international students better adapt to the study and life in China, What should the cross-cultural training program cover? (3) what are the factors affecting the students' satisfaction with the cross-cultural training program? 4) how does this cross-cultural training program affect or change their cross-cultural sensitivity? Aiming at the above problems, this paper reviews and combs the relevant theories of cross-cultural training and cross-cultural competence, and compares and selects the measurement tools suitable for this study. Before the project was officially launched, the author carried out a needs analysis for overseas students, sent out questionnaires by email, and made clear the expectations and needs of foreign students in this cross-cultural training project. On this basis, the author has designed a four-day cross-cultural training program with different topics, which integrates various training methods and helps foreign students understand and adapt to China. During the implementation of the cross-cultural training project, a complete project evaluation study was carried out, using the satisfaction questionnaire, cross-cultural sensitivity catalog (ICSI), observation, interviews and other methods. Measure foreign students' satisfaction with this cross-cultural training program and evaluate its impact on their cross-cultural sensitivity. The final research results show that the foreign students of the "sea immersion" short-term program in China are satisfied with the cross-cultural training project, and the data also show that the overall satisfaction of the international students is closely related to the performance of the trainers and the practicability of the training. In addition, the cross-cultural sensitivity of international students was significantly improved through the analysis of pre-and post-test data of cross-cultural sensitivity catalogue (ICSI).
