【摘要】：近些年,微博作為一種新的思想政治教育載體、傳播媒介,廣泛被人們所使用。但是任何事物我們都應(yīng)當(dāng)一分為二的看待,微博同樣也是一把雙刃劍。它對(duì)社會(huì)的影響既有積極性的,也有消極性的。微博的出現(xiàn)一定程度上,讓民主程度得到了提高,同時(shí)也拓寬了民主渠道,人們可以在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上抒發(fā)自己的所思所想;但由微博衍生出來的微博暴力問題也不容小覷,尤其是我國(guó)目前處于改革發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵期,微博現(xiàn)象更顯得錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜。習(xí)近平總書記在主持中央政治局第三十六次集體學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào),要加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)意識(shí)形態(tài)工作,傳播正能量,提升傳播力和引導(dǎo)力,加強(qiáng)對(duì)廣大網(wǎng)民的引導(dǎo)和教育,潛移默化帶動(dòng)更多網(wǎng)民理性客觀發(fā)表言論,擠壓負(fù)面言論生存空間。而大學(xué)生是未來建設(shè)國(guó)家的重要儲(chǔ)備軍,他們的一舉一動(dòng)都和國(guó)家息息相關(guān)。因而,研究微博暴力現(xiàn)象對(duì)他們的思想所產(chǎn)生的影響則具有重要的意義。本文共分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分為引言,主要介紹了選題理由、研究意義、相關(guān)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述等內(nèi)容,同時(shí)還闡述了本文所采用的文獻(xiàn)閱讀法、問卷調(diào)查法等研究方法;第二部分具體介紹了微博暴力問題的相關(guān)概念,說明了微博暴力現(xiàn)象的具體表現(xiàn),更加直觀明了的闡明微博與微博暴力的具體內(nèi)涵;第三部分則是微博暴力現(xiàn)象的成因分析,從微博意見領(lǐng)袖和網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體的負(fù)面輿論引導(dǎo)、相關(guān)法律不夠具體明確、參與暴力者的個(gè)人心態(tài)、微博本身的特性、運(yùn)營(yíng)商監(jiān)管不足等方面分層次分析這一問題所產(chǎn)生的原因,為對(duì)策的提出找到依據(jù);第四部分是微博暴力現(xiàn)象對(duì)大學(xué)生思想的影響研究,包括對(duì)問卷的設(shè)計(jì)以及具體分析,詳細(xì)說明了在調(diào)查過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)、存在的問題;第五部分是針對(duì)微博暴力對(duì)大學(xué)生思想產(chǎn)生影響的解決對(duì)策,這一部分是從高校的角度,個(gè)人自我教育的角度以及社會(huì)角度分別闡述對(duì)策,希望能更好地解決這一問題。微博暴力現(xiàn)象的成因是多方面的,為了更好地解決這一問題,我們應(yīng)該將內(nèi)因與外因結(jié)合起來,處理好各方面的因素,創(chuàng)設(shè)和諧的、綠色的微博網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境,積極宣揚(yáng)主旋律教育。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Weibo, as a new carrier of ideological and political education, has been widely used by people. But anything we should divide into two, Weibo is also a double-edged sword. Its influence on society is both positive and negative. To a certain extent, the emergence of Weibo has raised the level of democracy and widened the channels for democracy. People can express what they think and think on the Internet; but the issue of violence in Weibo, which is derived from Weibo, should not be underestimated. In particular, China is in the critical period of reform and development, Weibo phenomenon is more complex. General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed, while presiding over the 36th collective study of the political Bureau of the Central Committee, that it is necessary to strengthen the ideological work on the network, spread positive energy, enhance the power of communication and guidance, and strengthen the guidance and education of the vast number of Internet users. Imperceptibly change drives more netizen rational and objective speech, squeeze the existence space of negative speech. College students are the important reserve army for the future construction of the country, and their every move is closely related to the country. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the influence of Weibo's violent phenomenon on their thoughts. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the reasons for choosing the topic, the significance of the research, the relevant domestic and foreign research review, and also describes the literature reading method, questionnaire survey and other research methods used in this paper. The second part introduces the related concepts of Weibo's violence, explains the concrete manifestation of the phenomenon of Weibo violence, clarifies more intuitively the concrete connotation of the violence between Weibo and Weibo; the third part is the analysis of the cause of the violence phenomenon. From the negative public opinion guidance of Weibo opinion leaders and network media, the related laws are not specific and clear enough, the individual mentality of the participants in the violence, the characteristics of Weibo itself, the insufficient supervision of the operators, and so on, analyze the causes of this problem at different levels. The fourth part is the research on the influence of Weibo's violence phenomenon on college students' thought, including the design and concrete analysis of the questionnaire, and explains in detail the problems found in the course of the investigation. The fifth part is the solution to the impact of Weibo violence on the thinking of college students, this part is from the perspective of colleges and universities, the individual self-education perspective and the social perspective, respectively, in order to better solve this problem. In order to solve this problem better, we should combine internal and external causes, deal with all aspects of the factors, create a harmonious, green network environment for Weibo. Actively promote the theme of education.
