【摘要】：新媒體的出現(xiàn),不僅推動著社會科技的進步,也改變著人們的生活方式、思維方式和價值觀念。有著強烈獵奇心和探索欲望,癡迷新科技的大學生是新媒體追捧者的重要組成部分,以網(wǎng)絡媒體、手機媒體為主要代表的新媒體給他們帶來的極大的便利和無窮樂趣。新媒體是當代大學生獲取知識和資訊的重要渠道,與此同時它也是催生大學生們的思想觀念,道德倫理,思維方式發(fā)生深刻變化的主要誘因。隨著新媒體在大學生中的影響力與日俱增,作為大學生人生導師和知心朋友的輔導員而言,工作面臨著前所未有的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),他們意識到新媒體在學生思想政治工作中的重要作用,也意識到自身職業(yè)能力提升的重要性和緊迫性。輔導員職業(yè)能力的高低,直接關(guān)系到思想政治教育的順利開展和人才培養(yǎng)的直接效果。如何適應時代環(huán)境,轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育工作思路,提升自身職業(yè)能力素質(zhì),已經(jīng)成為新時期高校教育中一個重要而持續(xù)的課題。本文通過文獻法、比較研究法、問卷調(diào)查和個案訪談等方法對新媒體下高校輔導員職業(yè)能力的內(nèi)涵、構(gòu)成、要求、現(xiàn)狀、機遇和挑戰(zhàn)、提升途徑進行研究。新媒體下輔導員職業(yè)能力即是指新媒體環(huán)境下,輔導員在大學生思想政治教育和學生各項事務管理中必備的知識技能和個性心理的一系列綜合素質(zhì)和能力的總稱,主要包括新媒體趨勢下的外延能力,如網(wǎng)絡契合力、媒介應用力、意識研判力、學習創(chuàng)新力、困局處置力、網(wǎng)絡情商力等方面。結(jié)合現(xiàn)實調(diào)查,目前高校輔導員職業(yè)能力基本能勝任學生思想政治工作,大多輔導員充分利用新媒體的獨特優(yōu)勢豐富了信息資源和優(yōu)化了工作方式。但新媒體的迅速普及,輔導員思想政治教育中同樣存在諸多不足。究其原因,主要是高校對新媒體的應用不足,輔導員自身主觀原因和信息載體的客觀原因。基于此,本文從拓寬輔導員網(wǎng)絡工作平臺、強化輔導員自身媒介素養(yǎng)、升級輔導員工作制度、聯(lián)動培養(yǎng)學生網(wǎng)絡法律思維等方面提升高校輔導員職業(yè)能力。
[Abstract]:The emergence of new media not only promotes the progress of social science and technology, but also changes people's way of life, way of thinking and values. With strong curiosity and desire to explore, college students obsessed with new technology are an important part of new media fans. New media represented by network media and mobile phone media bring them new media. New media is an important channel for contemporary college students to acquire knowledge and information. At the same time, it is also the main reason for the profound changes of college students'ideology, morality, ethics and thinking mode. Counselors with close friends are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges in their work. They are aware of the important role of new media in students'ideological and political work. They are also aware of the importance and urgency of improving their professional abilities. How to adapt to the environment of the times, change the thinking of traditional ideological and political education, and improve their professional ability has become an important and sustainable issue in the new era of College education. Under the new media environment, counselors'professional competence refers to a series of comprehensive qualities and abilities of knowledge, skills and individual psychology necessary for college students' ideological and political education and student affairs management, mainly including new media. Extensive abilities under the physical trend, such as network cohesion, media application, awareness of research and judgment, learning and innovation, dilemma handling, network EQ, etc. But there are also many shortcomings in the ideological and political education of counselors because of the rapid popularization of new media. The main reasons are the insufficient application of new media in Colleges and universities, the subjective reasons of counselors themselves and the objective reasons of information carriers. Media literacy, upgrade the work system of counselors, and train students'network legal thinking to enhance the professional ability of College counselors.
