當(dāng)代大學(xué)生思想政治教育家校合作問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:父母是孩子的第一任老師,家庭教育是大學(xué)生接觸的最初教育,家庭教育對(duì)大學(xué)生的影響是深遠(yuǎn)的,直接影響著大學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展。高校和大學(xué)生家庭分屬大學(xué)生思想政治教育的不同場(chǎng)域,僅靠高校一方面難以凸顯思想政治教育效果,將大學(xué)生家庭教育納入高校思想政治教育體系,形成家庭教育和學(xué)校教育相互促進(jìn)、相互補(bǔ)充的合作關(guān)系,共同提高大學(xué)生思想政治教育系統(tǒng)的有效性,是推動(dòng)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的必然要求。當(dāng)前存在若干因素影響著大學(xué)生思想政治教育家校合作的順利開展,本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法,結(jié)合思想政治教育學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、心理學(xué)等學(xué)科的理論,梳理了家校合作的理論基礎(chǔ)。從高校思想政治教育的對(duì)象——大學(xué)生群體出發(fā),分析了大學(xué)生思想政治教育家校合作的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,全面、科學(xué)呈現(xiàn)高校家校合作對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的功能及作用,提高人們對(duì)家校合作這一形式在大學(xué)生思想政治教育方面重要性的認(rèn)知。通過(guò)問(wèn)卷與訪談的方式實(shí)際考查了我國(guó)大學(xué)生家校合作現(xiàn)狀,調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段大學(xué)生思想政治教育家校合作存在包括家校雙方對(duì)家校合作認(rèn)識(shí)不足,家庭和學(xué)校溝通不暢,缺乏相關(guān)法律保障等問(wèn)題。借助比較研究法,綜合國(guó)外家校合作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和我國(guó)實(shí)際情況,提出大學(xué)生家校合作原則,將合作主要內(nèi)容細(xì)分為大學(xué)生心理健康教育家校合作、大學(xué)生適應(yīng)能力培養(yǎng)家校合作、大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)教育家校合作和大學(xué)生邊緣群體幫扶家校合作四個(gè)方面,從家校合作具體途徑等方面找出解決我國(guó)家校合作中問(wèn)題的有效策略,以期推動(dòng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育家校合作的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Parents are the first teachers of their children, and family education is the initial education of college students. The influence of family education on college students is far-reaching, which directly affects the emergence and development of college students' ideological and moral quality. College students and their families belong to different fields of ideological and political education of college students. On the one hand, it is difficult to highlight the effect of ideological and political education on the one hand, and bring the family education of college students into the ideological and political education system of colleges and universities. It is an inevitable requirement to promote the all-round development of college students to form a cooperative relationship between family education and school education, and to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education system of college students. At present, there are several factors affecting the smooth development of college students' ideological and political education cooperation. This paper combines the theory of ideological and political education, sociology, psychology and so on, and combs the theoretical basis of home and school cooperation by using the method of literature research and combining with the theories of ideological and political education, sociology, psychology and so on. Starting from the object of ideological and political education in colleges and universities-the college students, this paper analyzes the practical significance of the cooperation between ideological and political educators and schools of college students, comprehensively and scientifically presents the functions and functions of the cooperation between home and school in colleges and universities for the ideological and political education of college students. To improve people's understanding of the importance of home-school cooperation in ideological and political education for college students. Through the way of questionnaire and interview, this paper examines the present situation of the cooperation between home and school of college students in China, and finds out that the cooperation of ideological and political education in our country includes the lack of understanding of home and school cooperation between home and school, and the poor communication between family and school. Lack of relevant legal protection and other issues. With the help of comparative research method, combining the experience of home and school cooperation of foreign countries and the actual situation of our country, this paper puts forward the principles of home and school cooperation for college students. The main contents of cooperation are divided into two parts: the cooperation of college students' mental health educationists and schools, and the cooperation of home and school students' adaptive ability. There are four aspects of college students' employment guidance, educationalist cooperation and college students' marginal group cooperation, and find out the effective strategies to solve the problems in our country's school cooperation from the specific ways of home-school cooperation and so on. In order to promote the development of college students ideological and political education school cooperation.
