【摘要】：本文基于問卷調(diào)查方式,通過分析大學(xué)生對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員工作的滿意程度,進(jìn)一步研究大學(xué)生就業(yè)需求。結(jié)果顯示,在思想政治教育、大學(xué)生發(fā)展指導(dǎo)和大學(xué)生事務(wù)管理3個(gè)維度中,應(yīng)進(jìn)一步提高輔導(dǎo)員在大學(xué)生發(fā)展指導(dǎo)以及大學(xué)生事務(wù)管理方面的作用。輔導(dǎo)員工作應(yīng)進(jìn)一步關(guān)注非本地生源、未擔(dān)任班干部的學(xué)生、入學(xué)后綜合素質(zhì)沒有較大提升的大學(xué)生。對(duì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)回歸分析的結(jié)果顯示,輔導(dǎo)員工作時(shí)間、輔導(dǎo)員獲獎(jiǎng)情況、班級(jí)學(xué)習(xí)成績以及黨員人數(shù)等變量影響顯著。
[Abstract]:Based on the questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the degree of satisfaction of college students with the work of counselors, and further studies the employment needs of college students. The results show that in the three dimensions of ideological and political education, college students' development guidance and college students' affairs management, the role of counselors in college students' development guidance and college students' affairs management should be further improved. The work of counselors should pay more attention to the students who are not from local students, who are not in charge of class cadres, and who have not greatly improved their comprehensive quality after entering school. The results of regression analysis showed that the working hours of counselors, the awards of counselors, the grades of classes and the number of Party members had significant effects on the work hours of counselors.
