【摘要】：教育實(shí)習(xí)是師范生發(fā)展教師實(shí)踐性知識(shí)的初始階段,但是我們并不清楚師范生在教育實(shí)習(xí)中是如何獲得實(shí)踐性知識(shí)以及什么因素會(huì)影響實(shí)踐性知識(shí)的生成。本研究采用定量和定性分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,調(diào)查師范生在教育實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程中和指導(dǎo)教師的協(xié)助活動(dòng)和學(xué)習(xí)體會(huì),探討實(shí)踐性知識(shí)初始階段的特征。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),師范生需要依賴個(gè)人建構(gòu)和指導(dǎo)教師調(diào)節(jié)的相互作用獲得實(shí)踐性知識(shí)。上課是師范生獲得實(shí)踐性知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ),并且教學(xué)流程最容易被師范生掌握,是實(shí)踐性知識(shí)初始階段的特征。
[Abstract]:Education practice is the initial stage for normal students to develop teachers' practical knowledge, but we do not know how normal students acquire practical knowledge and what factors will affect the formation of practical knowledge. This study adopts the method of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis to investigate the assisting activities and learning experiences of teachers in the process of teaching practice and guiding teachers, and to explore the characteristics of the initial stage of practical knowledge. The study found that normal students need to rely on the interaction of individual construction and teacher regulation to gain practical knowledge. Teaching is the basis for normal students to acquire practical knowledge, and the teaching process is the most easy to be mastered by normal students, which is the characteristics of the initial stage of practical knowledge.
