【摘要】：若將"世界一流大學(xué)"限定在目前公認(rèn)度較高的三個全球性大學(xué)排行榜(THE、QS與ARWU)中排名前100位集合中"交集"的話,那么在2005與2015年則均有57所。在過去十年間,全球約有47所世界一流大學(xué)的位序保持了相對的穩(wěn)定性,"進(jìn)步型"和"退步型"高校各有10所。"進(jìn)步型"世界一流大學(xué)的成因至少有三個因素:穩(wěn)定的經(jīng)費投入、由政府主導(dǎo)的"建設(shè)世界一流大學(xué)"重大舉措及高校圍繞"建設(shè)世界一流大學(xué)"目標(biāo)制定和實施的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:If you limit "world-class universities" to the "intersection" of the top 100 collections of the three currently recognized global universities (THEQS and ARWU), there will be 57 in 2005 and 2015. Over the past decade, about 47 of the world's top universities have remained relatively stable, with "progressive" and "retrograde" universities having 10 each. " There are at least three factors contributing to the progressive "world-class universities": stable funding, the major measures of "building world-class universities" led by the government, and the strategic planning formulated and implemented by universities around the goal of "building world-class universities".
