【摘要】：作為資助企業(yè)博士后的國(guó)家政府基金,加拿大IRDF基金與我國(guó)CPSF基金體現(xiàn)了鮮明的差異。IRDF強(qiáng)調(diào)市場(chǎng)導(dǎo)向,貼近學(xué)科前沿,注重質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)勢(shì);CPSF體現(xiàn)國(guó)家意志,面向傳統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域,注重規(guī)模優(yōu)勢(shì)。設(shè)立單獨(dú)面向企業(yè)博士后的基金,完善過(guò)程中管理,調(diào)整考核導(dǎo)向,是我國(guó)企業(yè)博士后基金未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:As a national government fund for supporting postdoctoral enterprises, Canada IRDF Foundation and our country CPSF Fund embody the distinct difference. IRDF emphasizes market orientation, close to the front of the discipline, pays attention to the quality advantage, reflects the national will, and faces the traditional field. Pay attention to the advantage of scale. It is the future development trend of enterprise postdoctoral fund in our country to set up a fund for enterprise postdoctoral, to perfect the management in the process and to adjust the direction of examination.
